Spinning is an exercise on a very well equipped cycle. Like Joolz states you exercise on them.
Picture a purpose built cycle that is built to stand all shapes and sizes and stays in one place. There are tensions on the cycle so you make it easy or as hard as you wish when exercising.
Music is bellowing out and you cycle to the rythmn, sitting and standing with some good tension on makes you shattered, yes, but you feel fab when you have done it.
I am convinced it sorted my cellulite out, with my muscles in the legs becoming more stronger and prominent. However though, I have noticed my legs are more larger now due to the muscle gain

but hubby states they are very toned.
Average class lasts for 45 mins but you go at your own pace and sit and slow down when you want.
Love it, cannot get enough of it. I find other equipment at the gym very monotonous (my opinion of course)
