

Long time no speak. Please to here about the spinning. Ive just worked out its 11 weeks till I go the the Belcekic Beach (hurrah) and as I have just come back from a week in Egypt must now try to get in shape.
They do spinning at my gym so I might give it a go as well as the twenty lenghts of the pool i'm doing.
I definately think excercise is the answer along with sensible food.
I'm wondering about getting one of those mini trampolines, has anybody had any success with them? Do you get a book to tell you what to do, or do you just jump up and down on them?
