theres no beach as such [a man-made one is under construction], there are access points to the sea but a warning, 1 area is near a sewage outlet, my girlfriend narrowly missed the sanitay towels!!!. plenty of entertainement in qawra/bugibba. one tip, you must see the freddie mercury impersonator in o'reilleys. he is so bad. looks the part but cannot sing in tune or english!!! [hilarious].

Lots to do. Restaurants, bars, and loads of trips to go on. Beach is a bit rocky so make sure you have "jellies" with you to go in the sea to avoid multiple lacerations! Maltese people are warm and friendly and very willing to help you.

Have been to this resort four times and thought it was looking dirty this time. Broken bottles on the rocks and rubbish everywhere.

We stayed in Qawra and its really very nice.

Plenty shops all selling the usual stuff you get on holiday. There seems to be a lot of people gather at the square in Buggiba wich you can easily walk into at night, nice little restaraunts and shops there we walked into Buggiba most nights really just to pass some time but its a nice walk and plenty seats in the square for a rest and just sit in the sun.

We didnt relly go to any of the entertainment so I cant comment on that, but along the way to Buggiba we watched people line dancing and heard other singers.

No beach in Qawra or Buggiba but they are revamping the prom and it will have a sandy man made beach I think, dont know when it will be finished though.

Yes I would visit this resort again. The people in the shops are so friendly they dont hassle you to buy. They even open the glass doors where the watches and things are and tell you to look at anyone. Quite trustworthy people.

On the whole I would say that the resort is typical of Malta but there wasn`t much to see or do without a good 10 minute walk .The entertainment was easy listening if you were lucky enough to get a table and a dry seat. There was no beach in Qawra. 4 stars... must stand for 1* for cleanliness, 1* for safety, 1* for faclities and 1* to try and make it look good. Needless to say we will not be going back.

What can I say? The whole island reminded me of an industrial estate. Qawra was'nt bad and bus travel was cheap enough. A day rover ticket was about a lira (£1-50).

First time we have stayed in Qwara although we have twice been up the road in Buggiba so have visited Qwara a few times. Enjoyed the stroll along front and stopping at hotels for a drink and listening to the music. Was nice to sit on the benches overlooking the new beach and watch the world go by.

Qwara doesn't have any beaches, but there are flat rocks that you can lie on-all the locals do. Qwara and Buggibba resort great. It has taverns, resteraunt and bars and is still very quiet. Yet again it's great!!!
