We stayed in Minerva 2 room 610,the room was disgusting, the floor looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, overall it looked and felt grubby, I would compare it to a hostel for the homeless. It was that bad.

The location of our apartment led to us walking about half a mile every time we left the room just to leave the complex, I felt like I'd run a marathon by the end of the week as it was hot hot hot!

The hotel staff were quite friendly apart from one lady who was probably going through a difficult time of the month.

The maids came into our room once, I only noticed cos they moved my ashtray, apart from that they did'nt do anything.

I noticed there's a gate at the front of our apartment but it was always locked, probably to try and stop us all leaving ha ha.

Entertaintment was really good though, one night we had a mozzie attack though which was quite funny to see everyone jumping around trying to swat them, the mozzies had the last laugh by the end of the week though cos my girlfriend and I have about 40 bites between us.

Serves us right you Belle Vue lovers might say! It says in the hotel that your not allowed to reserve a sunbed then how come one certain nationality that I won't name ignored the sign and got away with it.

The lake also smelt really badly of sewage as it was so hot, a problem if you've got a week stomach. Would I visit again? nah don't think so. My girlfriends sister and brother in law arrived as we were leaving and i think by the look on our faces, they probably wanted to come back on the plane with us!

We stayed in Diana 2 it was nice and spacious with plenty room the only problem was the ants we had loads of them.

We told reception and they sent a cleaner although the ants still came. The maids came in every 2 days to change beds and towels.

There were some nice places to eat the red lion was good you could get a 3 course meal for 8 euros and kids can play so they didnt get bored .

there was a bit of a smell at night but not that bad
the entertainment was really good ,they had disney shows and robbie williams which may I say was excellent.

Don't think I would go again not because I didn't like it cos we did but it was good for our first hol abroad.

Got a last minute holiday, allocation on arrival to anywhere in Majorca. Arrived at Bellevue in Alcudia, and was over the moon.

It looked great, a huge complex with about 7 different apartment blocks. We stayed in Neptuno II and it was lovely and clean and situated in the best place it could be.

We absolutly loved the food (apart from the kebabs) on the main street (which is about 5 min walk from apartment) and the bars and pubs were great...we particulary liked The Prince of Wales after midnight.

We would def go back agagin as it was one of our best holidays....

We stayed in the Ceres 2. Rooms were basic but ideal for self catering needs, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was ok, great location, probably the best swimming pool on the complex, plenty going on for all ages. Pedal bikes to hire etc..,

Some of the other blocks seemed to be too far away from the main part of the complex.

We would go back if we could stay in the same Ceres block.

We arrived to find our party was split some at the front and some at the back of the resort. There was 12 of us 4 adults and 8 kids. But this was quickly changed and we all moved up to the back.

The apartment was ok not wonderfully clean, no air con it was so hot the fans you can rent didnt really make a difference they did help a bit.

We stayed in Fedra II the pool was great and a swing park right in front of the block. The entertainment was meant to be brill but we never managed along to see it!

It was a long walk down to the reception but we were in no rush. I would go again as it was very open with lots of space. The only complaint we had was there were 700 Spanish students in our blocks and they were very noisy and caused a lot of damage, think they should have been on an 18-30's holiday not in a family hotel!!

We arrived on the 6th of June for a relaxing two week family holiday. What a joke!!!

We were staying in Fedra 1 block room 610 on the sixth floor, we had requested a low floor (our youngest daughter is only 3). The room itself was ok it had everything we needed but it then went down hill all the way.

We had slept in the same sheets for 8 nights when I complained, nothing was done. I complained a second time-nothing was done! eventually I saw a rep who helped me out. After complaining for a third time I was given clean sheets only to be told I had to change them myself!!! We were also supplied with clean towels.

These were the only sheets and towels we had for the entire two weeks! The maid came in approx twice and basically looked at the floor, she never even swept it and I don't think her mop had ever been used!

I can't think of anything positive to say about the Bellevue because during our second week it got even worse. We were there when the students turned up too. Nightmare! They kept us awake until 6am three nights running and I swear that every spanish girl of age 16 is called Maria!! That name was being yelled out over the balcony 24/7.

We returned home on 1st july and I have got to say we had a fab holiday loads going on for all ages.

Our room was cleaned 3 times a week which was plenty. We stayed in Ceres 2 which I think was the best pool. My kids loved it.

The site of the hotel is huge. The kids clubs are great for little ones my 5 year old loved.

Life guard on duty 10 till 6 staff very friendly and speak English. Entertainment for adults wasnt great but for kids fab and lets be honest if kids happy you will have a great holiday.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the bellevue holiday village in Sierra 2. The room was excellent, however it was extremly hot and there was lots of mosquitos!

Alcudia its self was excellent, the beach was beautiful, weather was brillant, lots to do!

The maid service was OK she can twice in our weeks stay, however the maid left us a note as US to clean the room! Which I thought was pretty ridiculous! Our bedding was never changed and only got clean towels twice!

The pool area was great! However a child did poo in the day so it didnt bother us to much.

Overall it was a great holiday, would recommend it to families as its great for children. However I would say that the reception staff were very unhelpful.

When checking out a lady was at the reception, complainting that she had been there two days, had no electricity, since been there and had an ants nest under the sofa! So beware! But we had a great holiday nevertheless!!!!

If you like cockroaches, glass round the pool, sickness and diarrhoea, crowded pools. No one could speak English not even understanding when I needed a to find a medical kit or first aid point to get a plaster to go on my sons foot where he has cut it on glass around the pool, which was still there 4 days later, no one even bothered to clear it up, even though I had told the staff it was there they obviously didn't understand me.

The shops are crowded the beach is lovely but quite far to walk in the heat with young kids. They tell you the hydro-park is a 15 minute walk away, more like 40 minutes. We walked in the afternoon to go there with the kids and it was so far and hot.

Don't go here its awful, noisy Spanish people stay here and keep you up all night.

The window fell out so we couldn't even shut it, no air con, electric appliances are so slow as there is not enough electricity to power it. The place smells of sewerage, and the buzzing from the pylons is infuriating, what more can I say!!!

We have just returned from a week at the Bellevue Apartments in Alcudia. We stayed in the Minerva II Building. Rooms exceptionally clean and towels/linen changed every other day. We stayed self catering basis so didnt sample any of the food. Location of the Hotel is fabulous. Had the main road just at the back of us with plenty of shops/restaurants/bars etc. Plenty to do at night for sure. Beach only a 5/10 min walk away. Lifeguards by the pools and on the beach - very safe/clean beach for children (my babies are just 1 and 2).

The Hotel staff were extremley friendly and helpful. Didnt sample the entertainment either as we went out of the complex most nights.

Would most definitely return to the Bellevue Apartments.
