We were in Minerva II. On the second night of our holiday we found the music to be quite loud from the street below (as we overlooked the main stretch) which kept our three year old awake. We spoke to reception the next morning and were offered another room in Minerva I. We could still hear the music slightly but this was more like background music. Ten out of ten for the reception staff who were always extremely helpful and courteous - some happier than others!!!
The pool by our apartment was always very busy so we tended to walk to the pool at the "Diana" blocks and can say that even at midday, never had a problem finding a sunbed.
our three year old loved the pool. it was never dirty - maybe around the edge of the pool might get dirty but regularly saw staff cleaning the pool areas at the end of the day and jet washing the edge.
Go to the Colber Supermarket which is just over the road from the complex as it is cheaper that the SPAR on site.
If you want a good meal then Yummy Yummys (8 euros for 3 courses) is good and so is the Peach Pit (7.70 euros for three courses) which is to the left of the entrance and over the road - by the Burger King. Another nice place to eat is the Lunas Grill - their kebabs were excellent!
All in al we have a fabulous time and our littleun really enjoyed herself.

I have walking difficulties and found the complex fairley easy to get around. There were good ramps everywhere. I even met a lady who was using a electric buggy to get round, as she could not walk at all. She was able to get around the complex well.
I would like to be able to contact the hotel, in order to make some suggestions on how to make it a little more wheelchair/pushchair friendly. There is a very large outdoor arena where shows are held nightly. I've never been, but the complex entertainment reminds me of what I've been told Butlins is like. There's lots for children and adults to do.

The apartment was a lot better than previous years more reception staff and quiet at night times.
Been to Alcudia 10 years don't let people put you off if you have children go. Rooms are basic but clean and bedding was changed enough times, but we don't eat the food on the site. It's cheaper outside.
Entertainment is better, and supermarkets are all close at hand. If your not a fussy person the Bellvue is o/k . Iv'e been in worse. Plenty of swimming pools for the kids. Reps are a bit like hens teeth to find. (scarlet pimpernel)but you honestly don't need them. Get out and have a good time .
You'll have to pay for a safe if you want one and on the day you come home. You have the chance to keep your room.(at a fee of course).
Beach is a stroll past the shops 10 mins if that. The beach
is spot on. Try the Jolly Roger & the Brtiannia for food it's the dogs balearics.
The Jolly Roger has a pool and you can chill all day. Owner Jan and family are very nice people.any way holiday
people out there. Don't be put off by la di da people.
The Bellvue is a big complex and you won't be disappointed. Have a nice one

Maids everyday clean towels/ bedding. The first apartment we found the ants had moved in,but went down to reception, and they moved us straight away. The rooms very clean, kitchen small but we found no problem cooking anything, however, we ate out all the time, due to the meals being very cheap.
Kids loved every minute,we booked again this year for the same place. There is a little noise at night times but not everynight, its there holiday as well i guess, we went out on day trips, even got the local bus to palma for the day very cheap for return ticket, there is a long walk to the beach but you can browse at the shops as you go.
Can get the boat over 2euros each, would rather walk pick up a few things on the way (drinks crips) dont be put off by all the reviews you read.
The beach was beautiful and good for the kids, lost my glasses in the sea was playing volley ball, but guess what I found them thats how clean the water was.
Cant wait to go back there, not for the complex but for the whole thing a holiday is what you make it,the supermarket is cheaper across the road and Bunnys for the meals very friendly staff made room for us putting 3 tables together. No flies what so ever. Ants can be a problem but hey we get ants back in the UK.
The pirate show is a must, expensive but well worth the money. Inca marcket is ok but its a day out. Puerto Pollensa is ok but beach is rocky and weeds.

We stayed in Minerva ll which was about a 5 min walk from the main reception but ours still had its own reception for checking in and hiring fans etc. There was also drinks machines in reception which was very handy as we arrived at 4 in the morning!!
Check in was smooth and staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We were all on the same floor which was great for the kids to have there independence but we could keep an eye out!
Room was small but more then o.k towels and sheet were changed regulary and appliences were clean in fact looked brand new.
There is loads for all ages to do and the boys were kept busy till late.
Pools.....where do I start, there was a problem with sunbeds but there is lots of grass areas to trow your towel dowm and chill out... actually we really enjoed doing that, felt more relaxing.
Some pools were busier than others so it is a case of having a good look round and choosing what is right for you.
At the end of the day a hol is what you make it and you generally get what you pay for. This is a good all round 3* family complex
Enjoy your holiday.

We stayed in Lada 3.
The room itself was great! Very spacious which was a good thing as there was me, hubby, mother-in-law and our 2 kids. There was loads of room for all our stuff.
It was very clean with a Microwave, Electric Hob, Toaster and Kettle!
The maids came in every other day to change the bins and towels. They even made our beds! (not that we did'nt!)
The only down fall for this complex is that there is no Air Conditioning and lets face it when you go abroad in the main weeks you need it! You can hire fans for 25 euros but the daft thing is you can but one from the local supermarket for 15 Euros!
The entertainment is fab! For the kids and us adults.
The resturants on Belleview Boulvarde are nice too.
It is a very bust place and quite loud until around 2am in the morning.
The beach is about a 20 min walk. You can get a horse drawn carriage but I personally think that it's cruel!
Would definatly go again! But we will book direct the next time as you can save quite a bit of money!!
Very good family holiday, but not for folk who like it quiet!

Tiny kitchen, no way could you cook a meal (suits me ok) but there was kettle, toaster and microwave. A few ants in the kitchen area but we brought citronella oil and that kept them away.
Television in room and we got all channels, didn't have to pay although others may have had to. Very clean on arrival and maid service every day/two days. Brought two fans from home and oh boy but we needed them, the rooms got very hot. One lift, seemed to work ok (we didn't use it much as on second floor) but it was the tiniest lift I have ever seen.
Fedra pool ok, was always clean when we used it but could get crowded but if its a problem, move to another pool. Definitely not enough sun loungers. Pool bar expensive (surprise, surprise) E2.80 for a paper cup of beer which my other half reckoned to be a pint, I think less. Buy your beer in the supermarket instead. Do not risk the vino tinto from the bar unless you have a few walls to strip. Occasional smell from the canal/lake if a very warm day but seems fairly clean.
Organised entertainent was woeful, stay by the pool instead, we witnessed some blinding domestics. Watch out for the water guns and the mini scooters.
Our main feeling about the complex was that it was quite impersonal, being so large. A problem if you don't like your company (hence the rows at the pool) but it will suit those who want to do their own thing on holiday without bumping into Dougie and Mildred from Solihull every two minutes.

Gentlemen on reception not very happy or helpful probably tired.
We paid extra for TV channels which kept turning off. Were not told about fans, remote controls etc should have been informed on check in, not the end of the world.
Pool is very busy but kids loved it made loads of friends whole point of going away. Not impressed with scuba lessons in the afternoon at about 3 as pool packed and very anti-child and rude instructor. Don't go near pool if you want peace and quiet as you are not going to get it! Could always get a sunbed.
Hotel electrics are deadly they need to get an electrician in before the place goes up.
Cleaners came nearly every other day don't now what they did though as the corridor was filthy.
The entertainment of the evening was very good but agree with reports bar extremely expensive.
Found the supermarkets very good had mostly everything.
Would visit again proably direct as far too pricey from tour operators for holiday.
If going remember to keep doors locked belongings will get stolen.
