Kitchen is small but good, who goes away to cook and clean its got all the essential cooker kettle microwave toaster.
Rooms had no air con we took our own fan and managed fine saw no mosquitos at all no bugs. We stayed in Minerva 1 clean and spacious lovely view cleaners came on most days and changed the towels
Nightime we went showground bingo entertainment and kids disco on good night goes on till 1 am. Bbq just by it open till 11.30 food was nice there see rafael he will look after you.
Take a trip on the boat to the beach the sea is fantastic only 2 euro's each saves your legs.
We hired the electric bikes 10 euro's half hour. Good laugh.
Overall this place was great no complaints at all will definitely go back. Top weather. Food at Lunas bar just outside the complex 100% tasty.

The pool area was a joke, not enough sunbeds for the size of the 3 Fedra buildings, people going down at 5 and 6am to put towels on beds! Pool filthy, although you could use any of the other pools it was same situation not enough sunbeds and pools dirty.
We could not stand it and after 2 days were moved to a different resort, too many bad points to mention I would be here all day but have to agree with all the other bad reviews.
The most expensive and worst of any of our holidays, my 16 and 17 year olds agree they were so disappointed and disgusted!!!

Bellevue was fantastic, the rooms were cleaned every other day, providing clean towels and bed linen. The kitchen was basic but who goes on holiday to cook, I don't! We had a kettle, which I didn't expect so that was a bonus.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The entertainment was very good, especially the Robbie Williams tribute. My son loved the Morocco bar as that's were all the teenagers hang out.
The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, well it was if you walked straight there my husband stopped at nearly every shop to have a look!!
Finally don't take any notice of the negative reports you read, a holiday is what you make it, yes at night it could be a bit noisy but people are there enjoying themselves and having fun!
It was clean (no crawly things) in a convenient position and had loads going on and most of all it was everything the brochure said it was - great for families!!

The maid came every 2 to 3 days. She changed the towels, bed linen and cleaned the floor. The staff were helpful.
The only problem with the rooms was that they were lots of ants particularly in the bathroom and kitchen area. We also had a disgusting smell coming from these areas. In the kitchen we were provided with a two ringed cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Luckily we ate out most of the time as the ants seemed to appear every time a crumb was dropped on the worktop and floor!!
The pool area was cleaned every night, but unfortunately we only managed to get a sunbed once throughout the fortnight as towels were placed on them very early in the morning! You can hire bikes and scooters in the complex, but some people get carried away and could easily knock you over as you are walking along the path! The night entertainment was brilliant.
There was a tribute act on every night. The bar at the Show garden is really expensive. At times the place was quite noisy. People were shouting and screaming at three oclock in the morning.
It was not the complex's fault. It was the people that were staying there!!!

I also was annoyed that the lift seemed to be broken which doesn't help with a baby buggy when on the 5th floor.
The pool were not very clean but ok main pool very crowded but we always went to others.
Never saw a Airtours staff only on last day when tracked her down to ask about flight times she was nice and friendly.
The entertainment was good but you had to get there early to have a good place to sit.
The fair was v good but very expensive in must have spent a fortune over 11 days.
The hotel is a very large complex excellent if you like a butlins in the sun hols which with kids we did thankfully.

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the sheer size of the complex. It is huge.
We stayed in the Minerva II building, which turned out to be about 10-15 minutes away from the main site entrance. The room itself was as you'd expect, quite basic but perfectly comfortable for a weeks stay. It is true, unfortunately there are ants, not many in the room just the odd 5-6 a day but they are easily stood on.
Our room was cleaned twice while we were there and the towels changed too, it was less than the accommodation had suggested but they did leave you with brushes and mops etc if you needed them.
It was quite noisy on an evening, people not having any consideration for others sleeping and also our room was situated on the main road side - thats not the Bellevue's fault!!
The reception staff were absolutely fine, spoke English and aided us with any queries we had.
As we were self catering, we didn't stay in the complex much, The Hidropark(water park) is about 30 min walk away and the beach about 15 mins (once you've walked outside the Bellevue!!...)Lots of bars, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.
I would go back to the Bellevue again, however it really didn't overwhelm us enough. not to try other accommodation in the resort before hand.

Pool entertainment was excellent with daily games of water polo taking place (wot a laugh). Night time entertainment really good went to see the westlife robbie and grease shows all very very good.
Bellevue is close to all shops and pubs and the beach is only a 10 min walk with loads of shops to pop into on the way there. Horse and cart ride very cheap and a good way to see some of the resort.

The beach was lovely and we always managed to get loungers for us all. It was lovely and clean and it was nice to get cold beers from the huts.
Food was great although the childrens menus seemed a bit sameish. My daughter doesn't really eat chips but they all chagned it to rice if we asked. My fav place to eat was Luna Grill. The waiters were all really nice and the food was gorgeous. My daughter spilt a drink and they were cleaning it up before it even hit the floor. They brought her a new drink and some lollies as she was upset. Cheers and Peach Pit were great for kids with the childrens characters although the one night we went to Cheers and Baby Pom was stood outside Peach Pit. Cheers had Shrek going round the steets in a jeep to attract more people but when my daughter spotted Baby Pom she wanted to got to the Peach Pit instead!!!
On site the best place for us was to eat at the place by the park so our daughter could play and we could keep an eye on her and the waiter (I think he was the head waiter) was really nice and friendly and got us anything we asked for (I think he fancied me! haha).
The place itself is lovely - the only bad things were things they could not control ie rowdy guests and mozzies. We did get bit a few times but bought little candles for the tables in the Show Garden and a plug in for the rooms and we were ok.
All in all the Bellevue is perfect if the fellow guests are ok but hell if they are not!

Stayed at the Menerva it was clean and had fresh towels every other day. The location is good but by the time you walk through the complex it adds ten minutes to your time you are right on the main road with all the restaurants and pubs.
Hotel staff were nice the entertainment I thought was poor they tried their best. I cant say that I would visit this hotel again we never stayed in the complex much, there is a place called the red lion and that was great, great food great portions great prices and great entertainment and the staff in tere was nice.
The kids loved the park though and we did have a boat ride which we all enjoyed even if you do not intend going on the beach, and you can hire bikes which the kids loved.
