Location
We had a great time, but not suitable for couples, great for kids and mums and dads who like to eat and drink 24/7.
The rooms are small, no place to put clothes like others lived out of suitcase.
There was a bad smell this was coming from the pond, take a peg with you to put on your nose.
air con well you would't know you had it, I took a fan with me and this year I'm taking a bigger one with me.
The food was great plenty to eat wide choice, best to get in early as tables get filled up pretty quickly.
Staff were okay and worked hard.
All pools are busy, and sun beds go quick, did not visit the beach, but hope to do it this year.
This hotel is very busy, don't be put of with what you read about it, it's what you make of it that matters.
This will be my second visit but I know some people go back year after year.

When booking we had asked if our party could all be located near each other, on arrival we had been given the low floor we requested, but our friends had been placed on the 8th floor, we mentioned this to hotel staff and our friends were immediately moved to the 2nd floor, within 1 hour of arriving we had checked in, put our luggage in our rooms, changed and were sat by the pool.
Admittedly the rooms could do with a refurb, but were very clean, towels changed daily and at the end of the day you only sleep in them.
The hotel itself was spotless, never seen so many cleaners, pool areas always clean and bar areas also.
Food was excellent, never had to queue, plenty of choice, desserts especially good.
I am not a beach person so location was not that important, about 10 mins stroll to beach and about 20 mins to harbour and main shopping centre.
Staff always courteous and helpful,my older boys also found staff helpful, always joking with them, service superb, rarely had to queue for drinks ,snacks etc.
The reception staff also very courteous and helpful.
Entertainment very good and plenty of choice, from just sitting quiet with background music or lively and loud shows on the main stage, something different all the time, kept both adults and kids happy.
Pool areas always busy, but all always had a life guard, my kids all swim well so not essential to be right on poolside but always managed to get loungers within a few yards of pool, even if we were late down in the morning or had been out for a few hours.
All in all a great family holiday, adults and kids did'nt want to go home. Would especially recommend the pirate show in Magaluf.

The cleanliness was really good, the cleaners were all day round the complex cleaning toilets.
The restaurants were lovely and clean constantly changing table cloths. The food in the restaurants were gorgeous my husband had seconds quite frequently especially the deserts. The fruit was so tasty as well.
My 7 year old son was a bit bored some evenings but my 3yr old daughter loved the mini disco's. The evening shows are good especially the Grease night and Acrobats.

Just back from Club Mac which is 3 hotels incorporating the Jupiter, Saturno and Marte.
We were all inclusive which was okay but to be honest Jamie Oliver would have a heart attack - quite literally. The kids food is hot dogs, chicken nuggets (I think/hope it was chicken), burgers and chips. Plenty to eat all day and night but very repetitive...
The place is dirty outside with tables left from the night before to attract wasps and ants alike. The dining room glasses were filthy (don't think they have rinse aid there).
Sunbeds were never cleaned nor were spillages hosed down at the Saturno.
No room to sit on the balcony and no chairs either.
You need to be up before 9 to get a sunbed and even then towels were being thrown aside and the beds nicked - by Brits not Germans!
Kids ran riot day and night whilst the parents got drunk. In our 2 weeks I witnessed kids throwing food, putting ice cubes down their trunks/pants then putting it back for others to have, swearing, being cheeky....need I go on?
The best part though is that on our return we have all been ill and today I had the environmental health at my door to inform me that we have Cryptosporidium which he suspects has been caught from the pool.
The pool was closed 5 days in a row at various times owing to someone pooing in it - repeatedly. It would open briefly then be closed again to allow the lifeguard to fish out the S***te!
Symptoms of this are severe cramps, the runs, feeling unwell... So....be careful and be aware that I am still very ill 2 weeks on....environmental health have advised that if any more cases are discovered then the Spanish State Authorities will be notified.
Hopefully then the place will be closed and the management can review it's cleanliness.
The staff were nice though - a bonus- and the weather was good. Also, Alcudia is a lovely place but think twice about this complex or you may get more than you intended!!

My Holiday with my Family Wife and two children Boy 7 years old and Girl 2 years old was a nightmare from start to finish and even got worse when I left the Hotel. Started off the Holiday with smashed brand new case and the Holiday Company left us in the lurch with smashed csae to fix ourselves on the way home.
First week I had a severe sore throat from the air vents in the room giving off bad smells and my wife had a severe sore throat in the second week and she is never ill. We often went in the pools for swimming and the pools were shut due to kids pooing in the pool. I got severe diahorea from the hotel complex pool and made our holiday into holiday packages from hell.
This turned out to be a nightmare as I returned home I had a viral infection inside my body which then let me to going to hospital for 5 weeks, being off work 3 months and quite frankly lucky to be still alive as I had Necrotrizing Faciitis (flesh eating) which eaten away all my foot.
This was a total nightmare holiday when I look back from the cleaniness of the pool, people throwing every thing into the pool i.e. food, pooing in the pool, cleaniness of the Hotel Room, cleaniness of the tables and sunbeds, the lake being full of gunge which hardly anyone used.
It is not just the cleaniness it is the lift and safety aspect, someone got stuck between floors 2 and 3, my child slipped on the slippy floors and bumped her head. When I got home in amazement this hotel was on holiday packages from hell were a boy got brain damaged.
I am lucky to be alive and I am writing these vivid comments to think about all the families visiting this place as I am a family man lucky to alive today to tell you my story of how I ended up nearly losing my foot staying at club Mac.
On a more positive note the only thing good about the place is the entainnment but all the drinks are watered down and I love Baileys in the UK but their Baileys is not the proper Baileys - a copy watered down.
Would never go All inclusive again were there is 3,000 people staying in three hotels.

Our room was nice and clean and cleaned every day. Towels changed twice in a week.
Food was good, plenty of it. Hotel staff were always busy. The waitresses were cleaning your table as soon as you stood up.
Entertainment was O.K.

There is enough entertainment to keep you occupied, we learnt how to use a rifle, a handgun and how to do archery. There was even a chance to win around 500 euros a night on the bingo. The entertainment team were all very friendly and if you get the chance to meet Terri (a spanish Dawn French) she will have you in stitches.
If you are taking kids they will go home knackered as there is so much for them to do. The only down point of the hotel was the lifts (they have a mind of their own), but we would definately recomend this hotel for a great holiday.

The lifts had a mind of their own, often due to children misusing them.
Food; well what can I say, it was hot and edible, mostly. We had to guess what kind of soup it was, often still undecided when finished. The 24 hour buffet was diabolicle, stale bread and all cheese.
Location was fine and Alcudia is a very nice town.
Hotel staff were polite but a bit stand offish.
The night entertainment was terrible, often with singers murdering well known songs.
We will defintately NOT be visiting this hotel again.

The food was generally good. There was a wide selection of adult meals however, the children section could have been better. Saying this our two kids (4 & 2) were happy with the adult meals. Deserts were very nice and plentiful.
The entertainment was very good for the kids. A disco every night for them or a show. For adults on the circus stage there was bingo followed by a show (some of these were very professional). The kids clubs were excellent and there were also swim intructors available in the pools. Sports facilities were excellent with organised competitions all day long.
The only draw back was that alot of kids rides (bouncy castle, electric cars) were payable which was a suprise in an all inclusive resort.
Would definately not recommend for couples who are not child orientated. This probably explains some peoples reviews!

Although the room had a coat of paint recently the bathroom was very old and needed a good clean, bath was stained and very dirty. I took some bleach wipes with me for peace of mind and I DID have to use them. We had blood stains on the door which was not cleaned by the cleaners - the beds where changed once during our stay and the towels also just the once, we had to wash our own towels whilst out there to use.
Shower and Air con works very well. The balcony was a real let down, really not worth having - no chairs and table, very very small.
We were put on the 8th floor and paid
