This is a large hotel and I stayed in block two which seemed the best option (I had e-mailed the hotel previously to request) it is not noisy and close to amenities

Shop around for the best price. sometimes it is cheaper to use the internet like Trivago and other times booking with the hotel direct is cheaper, strange but the last booking I made for later in the year I am making a saving of £40 a night on an airport hotel booking. Some hotels like Barcelo give discounts if you register with them under their My Barcelo banner 5% plus 5% for over 55's.

Dont go, There is not one guest I stayed with who enjoyed themself. My poor 3 year old was begging to go home

Do not except a bungalow near the road that surrounds this complex i as was told by other holidaymakers who stayed here they were the ones that got robbed on a regular basis . the words quick getaway come to mind

Away from the swimming pool area, very noisy all afternoon, those who wanted their afternoon siesta were not happy.

don't choose the bungalows - poor outlook an isolated.
Local bar the Crazy Goat good fun and excellent food at Mustang Sally.

Don't take a room at the back of the hotel as these seem to be the ones plagued by mosquitoes.

Slightly more than a 20 minute walk from town. Car definitely needed, but well worth it.

This would be good in height of summer when really hot then open roof woudnt matter and definitely need transport of your own

Very clean resort Some building going on but it's an up and comming resort.
If you walk along the promenade, take an apple to feed the chipmonks, as they feed out of your hand. You will get some great photo's, also take some bread to the harbour and feed the fish. This was wonderful, as they ate out of your hand.
There was entertainment but we went for a peaceful holiday and that's what we got.
The beach was not that far away and it was of a very good standard. Lots of families there.
We would visit the resort again and plan to do so next year.

The resort was under a bit of construction around the beach harbour area, the shopping area was vey clean with an assortment of all types of shops and bars. Taxi were always available and only around 3 euro from caletta dorado down to the harbour or there is a free train every half an hour.

The resort was very cleaning very quiet but we were there the last two week of May.
We always had a drink on the way home from the beach at O'Connors which is a nice. Beaches were very clean.
Only bad thing were the blokes taking pictures of you kids all the time three or four around. The british one is the worse of them.
Watch out for time share seller with the scatch card.

Caleta De Fuste is a small resort most suited to families with young children.
There are some nice restaurants and a selection of good shops in the town.
The beach was okay - not much sand around. I believe it is a manmade beach and the sometimes very windy weather apparently blows the sand away! Not the best beach I have been to, but okay.
We would visit this resort again while our children are still young.

Lovely harbour resort, the fish were an attraction to the children.
Many water sports could be done and the beach was good although the sunbeds and umbrellas were expensive.

This resort has everthing you need.
A fantastic beach,watersports,excursions by boat,plenty places to eat and drink.
Locals really friendly. Plenty of shops,crazy golf,tennis & squash courts,health spa.
Really there is no need to leave this resort if you don't want to. There is some aircraft noise as its only 20 minutes to the airport,but the aeroplanes seem to come inin blocks not on a continuous basis,so its not as bad as you might expect.
Only saw three cockroaches in the whole resort the two full weeks we were there and they were dead.
Its a really clean and cared for resort.

If you walk towards the harbour their is a floating Shop where you can feed the fish (so pick up some extra bread rolls from breakfast) they splash you its great fun, if you carry on walking towards the rocks along the sea front there are Chipmunks living in the rocks and you can feed them out of the palm of your hand (this time pick up some fruit or more bread rolls from breakfast!!!)

Enjoyed our stay in Caleta de Fuste where we enjoyed some very pleasant walks taking in the excellent views. Spent most evenings in the bar in our apartment complex but there are plenty of other venues in the area. Excellent beach and the resort can be very relaxing and therapeutic so we would have no hesitation in returning

Costa Caleta/Caleta De Fuste is a fantastic familt friendly resort which caters for all ages. The resort is clean, well maintained and there is a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from.
There are also fab excursions to go on at a reasonable cost. And this resort is a stone throw away from the airport but you wouldnt realise this as the aircraft noise isnt that bad, we get worse in Glasgow!!!

Plenty of shops and a nice walk from the hotel, the local beach is good with water sports and boat trips
