This holiday we thought we would go All Inclusive, on paper Club Cettia ticked all the boxes.
The accomodation was excellent could not fault the room, it was everything else about the hotel.
The food was terrible, we had to eat at certain times of the day which meant you were stuck there unless you ate out (which we did quite often) the food was also cold or just say warm.
The drinks were very limited and you did not even get a full half pint weather it was soft drink or something stronger, you may laugh but they did not seem to have any pint glasses. This may sound daft but for a 4* hotel you would expect better.
Entertainment was again very poor, there were two girls and two boys who did most if not all of the entertainment they worked hard but really you would expect better.
And last but certainly not least you have to pay for ice cream can you believe it, 4* All inclusive and you have to pay for ice creams.
Sorry to put you off, but I wished I had viewed this sight before we booked our family holiday. I will do so in the future.

Disappointed that the children were not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool area as we assummed that being S/C this would be allowed. You had to buy all drinks & snacks etc on site which works out expensive if you are a fair sized family & the prices kept chaning via Bar staff all the time! (Be careful!)this is because they are on commission however, it's not acceptable for them to rip you off!! I did complain to Loiuse (Rep) who was very nice & she did have a word with staff about harrassing the children via drinks etc which seemed to solve the problem for us, but it was sad to see other people suffering the same harrassment!
Please try the Castle Bar next door!! the staff are excellant entertainers at night time especially, their food is tops & much cheaper than the hotel!

We had two children with us and the staff were excellent with them. Really friendly and down to earth. Ok we got hassled a bit, but once they got to know us it was fine.
The elvis restaurant is brilliant, and the staff there are entertaining. The food is fantastic and it is alot cheaper than eating the the hotel.
Make sure you go to the BBQ night, the food is yummy and the entertainment is a scream.
Cant wait to go back in September

As long as youu are German or Dutch you are laughing been to Marmaris 4 times and would never recommend this place. There was a dead bird in pool.

In my opinion it could only have been the cleaners!
Otherwise this is a good place clean has what one needs for a holiday its not luxury but it suffices.

From the moment we arrived to the day we was leaving we had such a brilliant time. The staff round the pool and bar were fantastic! Ferit, Nico & Keeky (excuse the spelling) we so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome!
We never bothered to venture anywhere else at night because we had so much fun staying on site. Weather was lovely, apartment was really clean and fresh.
The only downside I would say, is the marble steps! While we was there we saw 3 people fall down these steps and on our last night, I was carrying the luggage down and I feel down the bottom flight and thought I'd broken my ankle. I had to go straight to hospital when we landed and was told that I'd torn some ligaments very badly - 3 weeks on I am still hobbling about!! They were quite dangerous!
Benji is a lovely guy at the gift shop on site, really happy chappy and was always in high spirits - just the sort of person you want to be greeted by on holiday.
One last person to thank is Orla, she was really friendly and lovely girl - keep up the good work - she always made sure the fire had wood burning on those chilly nights.
10/10 on everything, apart from the steps of course (OUCH)!

The weather was in the 40 degrees all week we were there.
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.
The room was cleaned every day and clean towels.
The pool at the apartments I felt could have done with having a shallow end, as it is all deep, however the pool at the hotel has a end which is a bit shallower one end.
Please don't leave the meals to late as we found there was not much left if you did, towards the end of the week we were a bit bored of the miss match of food.
If you eat out the Elvis bar across the road is a must.
Being our first time to Turkey we were not aware of the sewage problem in Turkey, so there is no loo paper down any of the toilets you have to put it in the bins provided.
The hotel was in easy access to get where ever you needed to go around the Marmaris.
The only down side to the visit was the constant pestering as you walk along the streets by the restaurants, and shops.
We would definately go back to the club cettia hotel/apartments and to Turkey as the weather was out of this world.
