Lots of places to eat outside resort.
Recommend going Bed and Breakfast, ignore half board option.
Do not book April, May, June as 80 percent closed with only one restaurant on offer.

Block 9027 is central and near to hub of hotel.
Don’t stay here. I would stay under a rock on the beach in Playa Blanca over this.

If you can afford it, get a suite. Overlooking the pool and the sea - perfect!

My top-rated restaurants are Camel, Bodegon Las Tapas, La Romantica, and Ninen.

Avoid altogether. Vastly overpriced.
2* - being generous. A very large ‘holiday camp’.
Pool areas fine except for other guests! Ring-fencing areas, playing loud music on portable speakers. No consideration for anyone. Vulture behaviour for sun beds ? Up at the crack of dawn we assume?
Altogether awful- unless you have very low expectations and this is your idea of holidaying, which amazingly seems to suit many of the ‘Indiscerning’ guests. Very disappointed with Althams and Jet2 for recommending.

Would recommend going to Papagayo beach for a spot of snorkelling. One of the best days out!!
Didn't go into Playa Blanca too often as we were All Inclusive , but what we saw of it was lovely and we did have a good meal out and a good night at the Kings Head.

Every were was very clean and tidy. Bars were abit livley but not over the top just nice. the beach was excellent not a bit of rubbish to be seen and plenty of sun lounges at a small cost for the day. We would visit again for a well deserved break.

Very clean, fairly quiet. We stayed all inclusive so not sure about the resort entertainment, however the restaurants that we visited during the day seemed very reasonable and pleasant.

A plasant place to sit and watch the world go by is near the harbour. Nothing really grabs your attention in Playa Blanca, but it was just what we wanted !

the resort is close by with a burger king and smallish shopping centre over the road. the resort includes many restaurants and bars to chose from and also has a ferry ride to take you to near by island fuertoventura that has many departures fromt he nearby marina. overall i would say that the resort is ace!! but could do with a few night clubs for me and my friends to go to next time!!!

This resort is extremely clean and wheelchair/buggy friendly as the entire promenade is paved. One word of warning is that the is no wall/fencing along some of the sheer drops so keep hold of any young children.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the resort so there is loads of choice where to eat and drink. The entertainment is low key but perfect for families with young children.
The Playa Dorada beach is very clean and the sea there is safe.
This resort though is definately not for party animals.

Playa Blanca is a very nice resort and very clean, there are numerous restaurants on the front and several bars. We went to the restaurants that had been recommended in other reviews and found them as good.
Got a ferry to Fuerteventura with Armis ferries tickets at harbour for 23 euros each return and it was a nice day out at Correlejo, the trip across is only 30 mins.
The supermarket prices vary substantially so be careful we paid nearly nine pound for 12 nappies and found them half the price in another,
The beach is very clean but gets busy with all sunbeds gone by 12 and the beach shower costs 50 cents to use for 1 minute, what a con.
We will definitely return to Playa Blanca as its ideal for us but will stay somewhere with air con.
Oh also the Ranch Texas is a nice day out with a return bus which you get just over the road for 3 euros and then 14 euros each entry fee

A quiet relaxed sort of resort enhanced by the lack of hight rise concrete monstrosities. Good choice of restaurants on the sea front together with a reasonable variety of shops for what is a fairly intimate resort.
I would be happy to go there again.

Having been to Playa Blanca on 2 previous occasions, we opted for these apartments due to the location, which is excellent for the child friendly beach, and only a short relaxing stroll into town.
Without doubt, playa blanca is a fantastic resort for families, The Best!
Splash Attack ( The Water Park ) again, for children it was a great day out, we went twice, just made a change from the pool/beach.
Well Done Thompson

Playa Blanca itself is fairly quiet and doesn't have the nightlife of the larger resorts. So much of the entertainment is hotel-based.

Avoid unless 2* makes you happy. Sadly- it clearly does for many guests.
