Attached to the Hotel is a bar, well worth sitting here at night - only thing is your all-inclusive option stops the moment you go past reception so drinks aren't free here.

The resort on the whole was reasonable with the amount of toursits in the resort there was little rubbish and the streets were clean of unattractive sites.
The entertainment was good, only a few Karaoke bars which weren't very busy considering it was peak season, and lots of football, lots of cocktail bars with lots of dancing bars & loads of happy hour bars.

we have been to this area many times, it provided us with what we required for this particular holiday, somewhere quite, friendly and not to rowdy.

This is a wonderful resort in Turkey. Not too loud or commercialised, just two main streets full of bars, shops and restaurants. Perfect for couples and families. Although I would definitely recommend going all inclusive as the restaurants were good value, but not cheap cheap and the cost of meals would stack up over a week or fortnight. There is plenty of entertainment, though no loud discos or nightclubs no it would not be suitable for 18-30 holidays. The beach was lovely and there is a lagoon nearby and I would strongly recommend going on one of the local boat trips. Really good value with lunch thrown in - about £6.00 a head for a full day sunbathing, swimming, lunch and sightseeing. A great hotel and great resort. We will be back soon.

we have now been back to olu deniz 9 (nine) times..we keep saying we will go somewhere else but each year we go to book we just bottle it and re-book olu...cant get it out of my system..i think we have made more turkish friends there than here in the uk and its not just because they want your money..if you go you will know what i mean..we see people out and about in the evening who obviously book the same weeks as us year after year.so we remember them from the previously holidays.once youve been you will understand.the food, the people, the beauty of the area.of course there have been lots of changes in the years i have been going but nothing that would put me off returning at the moment..lots to do if you want it and nothing to do if you want it.someone asked me the other day could i recommend the best restaurant in olu and i hadnt thought of it before but no i could not they are all excellent..i even stayed for three weeks back in 2004 and could not find a bad one..not that i was looking for one.they all try to get you in which can be a bit tiresome at times but if you are polite and say you have already eaten or booked somewhere else etc they dont mind at all...please dont be rude to them they really find that hurtfull they are only doing there jobs. please give it a try.
the town up the hill Hisaranou is also excellent for food and nightlife and is possibly cooler and cheap to get to by dolmus (bus)...so cant wait for august don
