Attached to the Hotel is a bar, well worth sitting here at night - only thing is your all-inclusive option stops the moment you go past reception so drinks aren't free here.

Beaches

The drains have to work hard in Olu Deniz and can be quite noticable in a few spots arround and about. The beach is simply beautiful however be warned it does shelf steeply and children should be carefully watched in case they get into difficulty. Also there are a lot of small stones and a pair of neoprene beach shoes will prove a good investment both here and on most other Turkish beaches we visited. We had a trip on the Fly-South microlights and we got to see the area and get some fantastic photos. This was easily the high point (literally) of our holiday and was worth every penny.

Olu Deniz is one of the most stunning resorts in the med, there really is something for everyone, from watersport to paragliding of the mountains, a sight to behold and the blue lagoon is fabulous. The nightlife is varied and wide spread, but relaxed and cosmopolitan, excellent eateries! If you want a wider choice of eateries, nightlife and shopping head up the hill to Hisaronu where prices are cheaper, and just wait for the fabulous view on the way back down to Olu Deniz.

Olu deniz is a very clean and well established resort for all ages. Friendly staff in restaurants well most anyway but like anywhere you'll always get the odd one! We did the usual excursions and my husband did the paragliding that was something special we may all be doing it next year!
I would say if you are to go on a boat trip be careful whom you book with because we did one from the resort and it was packed full and extremely expensive, the food was awful and the captain was actually like a prison warden, not friendly at all. The trip was a total con in our opinion.

Olu Deniz is described as quiet but it is really busy. Not at all relaxing.

Second visit to Olu Deniz and no changes noticed since last year. Still very pretty, clean and laid back. Prices seemed higher, but that's life. Need a change next year, but wouldn't rule out coming back in the future.

The resort of Olu Deniz is beautiful - very clean and full of so many friendly people. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach is lovely, however, we found Saura Beach just around the corner from the Lagoon - a mini-bus comes to pick you up from the hotel free of charge and drops you back off at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone - there's something there for all ages. Pay a visit, you will not be disappointed!

The resort just keeps getting better and better, will be returning again next year especially for the Blue Lagoon.
