Near the Andorra are a group of bars. Check out The Soul Bar. Also The Restaurant Margarita -really good food. Great music especially by Mikey Mike who works in both places.

All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views
Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.

Too many cockroaches!!!!!!!! Clean, bit too full of assy drinkers but you can handle them by ignoring them. It isn't very spanish cultured-everyhting is Britain orientated!!!

We stayed in the Arona area and was amazed that some of the litter bins were full to overflowing in fact most of them!
The touts are just so annoying and my primary reason for not visiting PDLA again although we will visit Tenerife again will probably be to a quiet resort they are just too "in your face".
Overall a pleasant area but, Tenerife PLEASE do something about those touts!

Costa Adeje was very clean and tidy. There are lots of English bars and Chinese restaurants which was our favourite so it was ideal for us. There is a shop on nearly every corner which sold English everything which was really good too. The entertainment is good and not too loud and boystrious. Although I did notice a few Lap dancing bars and XXX rated shops. The beach was excellent and was very inviting. There was alot of sun-loungers on the beach and alot of shops and cafes for lunch. Although the people standing outside them pestering you to come in was very annoying. All round though a relaxing and friendly resort where we would almost certainly go again.

Playa De Las Americas was a fantastic resort. It had everything you possibly need. Shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, banks etc.
If you get chance to, then make sure you go to 'AquaLand' where you get to see the Dolphin show which is included in the entry price (21 Euros). It's brilliant.
Veronica's strip is a definate must.
Wai-ki-ki, O'Neills', Rags and Linekers' were great to go to. Go in with a PR and get 2-4-1 and free shots.
Wigan Pier plays host to a great drag queen -Chrystal Star! Well worth watching though not for the easily offended.
You can't not have a great night out in PDLA!
Gutted to be back home, though I definately know where i'll be going back to next summer!!

The part of Las Americas where we stayed is lovely all clean and tidy, but other parts of it arent so clean. Las Americas seems to have something for everyone, we spent some time shopping although all the shops tend to sell the same things, you can find one or two bargains along the way!
On this occasion we didnt go to the beach at all, the beach infront of the Med. palace is one of the nicest in Las americas and there is a man-made one in Los Cristianos that is also nice.
Entertainment is so varied I am sure everyone would be able to find something that suited their needs!!

The resort was beautiful, very clean, great pool. The beaches were nice, clean and very close. I loved it there, although not much entertainment, but the nearby restaurants, shops and bars nearby made up for it. Everyone should visit there it's great!

Tenerife was one of the few places I've been to which was a nice place to visit for Families, couples, singles and the old aged. I saw all these people whilst out there.
There was a little bit for everyone. Good shopping, nice restaurants, bars, live music and of course the legendary Veronicas strip.
The Major downside for me was the fact that it was full of English Lager Louts behaving their usual way. I felt unsafe when walking down a street because of this and I saw girls getting hassled non stop. The touts weren't such a problem. I wouldn't go to Tenerife again because of this and there weren't any europeans at all, probably because of the Louts and I don't blame them.

we stayed in los americos and found everything that we had come on holiday for. Amazing weather and lots of bars and clubs that stay open till 3 - 5 AM. The drinks are ok priced but you should make sure you go in with a PR as they do deals on drinks. We are into RnB music and found o'niels and rags really good for that kind of music.

The only problem i had with the resort was the number of PR's that approached you when walking down the strip. Though this is the case in mostlively resorts I have visited. The best way we found to get rid of them was to just say that your a worker and walk off and they tend to leave you alone.
The clubs are fairly small in comparison to other places I have been but tend to have a good atmosphere and pretty good drinks offers providing you go to the bar with a PR, otherwise you get stiffed!!!! I didn't see any real trouble on my visit and enjoyed the nightlife alot. Recommend Bobby's and Tramps later on in the night when it's filled up.
The beaches are alright but we tended to stay around the pool most days as the dark sand gets very hot and is painful to walk on. The booze cruise is well worth a visit from what i've been told and we hired quads on one of the days which is good if you want to see more of the resort(just watch out for the locals their mad).
If your after cheep beer theirs a nice bar/restaurant near the marina called The Roast Inn serving simple english meals and after a bit of persuasion we were getting a pint for 1 euro (about 70p) which was nice;0)
Altogether we had another good holiday in Tenerife and i've no doubt i'll be back again in the future.

Location was good, only 5 min walk down steps to beach & very near shopping centre. The two bars over the road 'Pheasant Plucker' & 'Star Bar' were entertaining. We went into the wild bars of Las Americas, which is a short taxi drive away, but only stayed for one drink as the it was double the price of San Eugenio bars.
