Attached to the Hotel is a bar, well worth sitting here at night - only thing is your all-inclusive option stops the moment you go past reception so drinks aren't free here.

I feel that we missed the boat as far as Olu Deniz is concerned, I am sure that 10 years ago it was a nice resort but with all the Karaoke/English breakfast bars it's a little bit too commercial for our tastes.
The food in the restaurants is very good in fact there was almost too much choice, the Testi kebabs are fantastic (meat cooked in a clay pot) price wise it's not a lot different to the UK for food.
There are some nice bars on the sea front namely Help, Buzz Bar and Harry's Bar.
Buzz Bar has a nice area on the beach with bean bags to sit on whilst having a cold drink.
The beach is a mixture of sand, shingle and pebbles/rocks so you will need beach shoes to comfortably get in and out of the sea. The sea is a bit choppy for some people and it gets deep quite quickly so it is not ideal for youngsters or people who are not confident in the water.
One definite thing to do is try paragliding, this is an experience you will never forget!!! we went with a company called Reaction and they were very good.
This was our first visit to Turkey and it will not be our last, we will have to do our homework and find somewhere a little bit more authentic and not quite so loud.

The resort of Olu Deniz is lovely. The Lagoon is well worth a visit. We had an excellent meal where ever we went. The Buzz bar which is also owned by the Mozaik offeres excellent meals and you receive 10% discount if staying at the Mozaik, but it is advisable to book.We also had a great chinese meal at The Dragonara restaurant in the village of Hisaronu, just up the hill, 2.5 lira on the bus or 15 lira by taxi.

Oludeniz is a lovely little resort with a long stretching beach, mainly sand and shingle with pebbles at the sea shore so sea shoes are recommended. The waters are turquoise and very clean, and the lagoon is a very pretty area to visit.
There are plenty of things to do from daily boat trips (many different ones) paragliding, sailing, jeep safari's, turkish history and turkish baths...so lovely. my tip would be to haggle on prices for excursions, as there are many companies touting for business and they all appear to be charging different rates...be aware, and shop around or you could end up paying more than you should. Even in the shops, haggling is customary....I had money off most things by simply saying it was too expensive and not worth the price...don't be shy, give it a go!.
A lovely resort with nice bars and restaurants, a lovely beach and tranquil scenery...not too hectic at all.

The beach front and the main shopping area were very clean never saw any rubbish and everything is swept and washed down on a regular basis.
Plenty of bars etc, lots of shops although they all seemed to sell pretty much the same thing. Lots of trips available and at a reasnable cost.
Beach very nice also clean.
Having walking difficulties this is an ideal resort very easy to get around and the people very helpful chairs appeared from nowhere very thoughtful

Second visit to Olu and what can I say, it is still amazing. It was busier this year than two years ago but I guess due to the Euro being costly elsewhere.
Best bar Tequilla Bar. Best restaurants we found Ottoman, Carpellos, Sultan Ahmet, Captain Hooks, NJoy and the Chinese on the front, probably the best Chinese I've ever had.
Did doubt whether cocktails had much alcohol in though so stuck to beer and wine. Wine certainly improved and you could get a nice Rose or White wine, whereas a couple of years ago I found it pretty naff!
Seahorse Beach Club we visited when we went to the beach. Miss the beach on the peninsular you have to pay for, go past Sugar Beach and it's the next one. They will pick you up if you want but we preferred the walk.
Go to Kayakoy and get off at Muzzys. He will let you leave your bags, and you can come back for a swim in his pool and he did us a BBQ. He also took us all back to Olu Deniz!
Otherwise all great and would go back again in a couple of years.

olu deniz is agreat place the locals of course want your money but do not over step the mark they are helpfull to a fault. the place is great for all ages its lively in places and quiet in others. the food and drink is expensive and sometimes does not resemble your order. the beach is very clean although very rough on the feet. get ready to spend some money here as nothing is free or even reasonable

having been here the last 4 years olu deniz does not fail to draw you back like a magnet.
the only thing i can critsise is that prices have increased considerably since we went there first 4 years ago.
beer and wine is now almost on par with uk city centre prices .entertainment is pretty low key and probably would not appeal to too many youngsters .
beach is part shingly/ sand but the last 6ft before going into the sea a little pebbly.
watch out for the sharp drop in depth after a couple of feet of wading out.
we are now planning this fabulous resort again next year - something we said we wouldnt do before this years holiday

Olu Deniz is one of the most beautiful places ive have ever been. The sea is crystal clear and very clean although the sunbeds are quite dear 12 lira for 1 bed and umbrella.
Josephs restuarant is very good and good prices, also the Buzz bar is great.
Hisaronu is just up the mountain and it was slightly cheaper up there to eat and buy things
