The actual apartment itself was lovely. The maintenance staff were lovely. But I can't recommend for a relaxing holiday or enjoyable time by the pool...

I found the resort very clean with plenty of entertainment for all ages.
The beaches were well maintained especially Amadoris beach a short walk along from the harbour.
The shopping centres were all well positioned and there was nothing you couldn't get.
This was the first of many holidays, I now look forward to having in Puerto Rico.

Love Puerto Rico. We are frequent visitors to Gran Canaria and only go this part of the island. Amadores beach is fantastic.

We did not go to beach as pool kept us happy enough. The only annoying thing about the centres was constantly being asked if you wanted to eat at the touts restaurants, but they were only doing there jobs so no need to be cheeky. My daughter and niece carried their Mcdonald drinks cups around all night so everyone assumed we had already eaten - good trick !!

we stayed in Puert rico which offered a wide choice of entertainment both day and night, the fact that we keep trying other places but still go back there speaks for itself. we have always found the resort to be very clean and daily the cleaning crews could be seen around the resort. the beach is always of a high standard wityh ample amenities to suit everybody.

have been too puerto rico. 5 times now.same crap in irish bars.food most times you couldnt eat. grease grease. 2 nice spots we found . think it has become a bit off a s.... hole will not be back near it ever

Puerto Rico was beauitfull you have to go to Amordorus beach its lovely,and also a trip to Puerto Morgan where they have a weekly Market.when i booked again i will book the Palerma mar i think thats how you spell it its just next door to the altamar booked my Mam and Dad there with Broadway caniers on the net lovely place all the rooms been updated.and a lot cheeper than the Altamar.

Lovely place very hilly but well worth a visit.I didnt see or hear of any trouble,i felt safe and the weather is fantastic.

Plenty of restaurants available in the Central Commercial Centre offering good food at reasonable prices. A few of the restaurants did try to rip you off.
Sullivan's is a must for some excellent family entertainment for all ages. Dave and Laura provided the entertainment nightly, which was varied each night, but always thoroughly enjoyable. They included everyone not as a member of the audience but as friends. Dave and Laura were the icing on the cake for what was an excellent holiday.

This is one of the few resorts that I would return to. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and most provided an excellent service and choice of meals at reasonable prices.Some did try to rip you off.
Sullivans Bar at Terrazmar Suites is a must for good family entertainment for all ages. Dave and Laura were excellent in providing the entertainment which was varied through the week. Their energy and style was infectious,and were so friendly you felt you had known them for a while. They were the icing on the cake.

the main commercial centre is a nightmare in the evening with so many eateries striving for business it can be very harassing and some can be downright insulting.
We found thetop europa centre to be much better.
