Near the Andorra are a group of bars. Check out The Soul Bar. Also The Restaurant Margarita -really good food. Great music especially by Mikey Mike who works in both places.

Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.
All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views

My top tip is to get the bus from the airport as it stops at the top of the road by Magna Building save on transfers

This area is probably most central area to visit . Its near Los Cristianos beaches, and not far away from other parts of Las Americas. It has the best shopping area and is really lovely and well kept.
The hotel staff were very friendly helpful and everything was spotless at all times. The entertainment was available every night and if you were a family would probably been adequate to be fair we didnt really try it .They catered for kiddies then had a show then had dancing every night so they made a big effort to please everyone.
I would certainly return to this hotel again.

Love this area, you can take different routes to other resorts and never get bored. Everywhere nice and clean apart from bugs, I think they call them time share touts there.
Plenty of entertainment to suit every taste. Beaches lovely especially Vistas beach.

A very pleasant area, quieter than PLaya De Las Americas, but with a charm of its own.

The resort is very beautiful and I dont think I have stayed anywhere that is so nice. You cant help but stop and take a real look. There is lots of nice little shops and about 5-10mins from the hotel there is a lovely new shopping centre. You have to take a trip to the Aberdeen steak house, it is very reasonable and you get a nice big juicy bit of steak!

The resort of Costa Adeje is very much like every other resort but perhaps a little quieter !
The beach is in three separate parts that all joins into one ! Las Torviscas is very much the beach tout part, you cannot walk along without being pestered, there is also a lot of English bars along this section. The Costa Adeje part is full of restaurants, bars and more shops, but fewer touts ! The bars are mainly karoke however we did discover a little jem if you like rock, there is a bar called the Beach bar which features a very good band - Lizard Kings, we ended up there most evenings. The third part is fanabes, this is definately the posher end of the resort, there is some lovely gardens, walks and scenery along this part and no touts !
This resort seems to be catered for retirement and families, it is not full on party all night, every night, in fact I don't think we saw a nightclub at all !

We stayed in a quiter area in Playa de la Americas. We traveled with a 78yr old so although the Hotel was not on the highest point (chosen specifically for this reason, she still found the hill down to and up from the beach and harbour, to be difficult. The shopping centre just across from the Hotel was good for browsing. The market in the Town is worth a visit although prices are not any cheaper than at home or different.

As we went away with my two young children and my parents, we didn't go out to many bars, but all the restaurants were really nice and we had a nice day out at Aqualand. Yes we would definately go back.

Resort busy, much traffic fumes but probably typical of any beach resort. Chaotic road diversions and closures in place due to road works caused difficulty for driving around.
Fantastic walks are available in the pine forests in the hills Arona to Adeje area, overlooking the coastal plain. Suggest Rother walking book. We used Medana natural beach a lot, 23km east with picturesque views of aircraft taking off and landing. Difficulty parking there sometimes. The sea temperature was 22C over Christmas, but felt warmer due to the hot black sand.
