Attached to the Hotel is a bar, well worth sitting here at night - only thing is your all-inclusive option stops the moment you go past reception so drinks aren't free here.

Resort in the whole was very clean. Elvis still appearing in one of the bars, most bars had Sky and Setanta for the football etc. Eat out a couple of times had a lovely Italian down the main street one night, lots of choice in all areas of this resort.Went to the lagoon one day, nice day out for a chill session, great music nice restaurant at Seahorse beach this year. Also did 2 boat trips, both booked on the main road, great sailing weather, great snorkelling etc.Very friendly lads in all the shops

Resort was spotless, absolutely spotless.
Entertainment for kids was A1 - no complaints
Beach was very good - if you have sensitive feet it might be an issue as its not soft sand but other than that was fine.
Wasps were a pain and it got very cold in the evenings but we were there late October but all in all a great half term break
We will definitely go again.

Olu Deniz is our favourite place, so it always scores top marks with us. Improvements this year, were the removal of a vast amount of the flavoured water pipe sellers on the promanade. I was getting very fed up with the sickly smell from these last year.

Olu Deniz is lovely and very pretty. However, this is a resort and not a place where anyone lives so i guess it is inevitable that it seems to be getting livelier and brighter every year though which we are not so keen on. Karoake bars etc just not our thing. We also found the big light that sweeps the resort at night from one of the bars really horrid.
The beach is kept really nicely. We do love Olu Deniz and the blue lagoon but we are unsure whether we will return next year.
For anyone reading this review that has not been before i would still recommend the resort as it is most beautiful, the brightness is really up the main drag, the development is well designed so you can sit on the beach and not even see the resort behind it, and the Turkish people are lovely.

I personally think Olu Deniz is becoming a very British resort with loud music blurting out from every angle, and is more expensive than it's neighboring resorts.

Ovacik is up high overlooking Hisoronu and Ulo Deniz. The same distance the other way is Fethiye. When I first realised where I was, I thought we were to isolated, i soon realised all were easily reachable by Bus or Taxi.Taxi prices have shot up, so they are only cost effective when there is 6 of you, otherwise it is cheaper by Bus.Very frequent and will toot you and will stop any where. If you like a walk in the evenings Ovacik has nothing to look at.Hisoruno is about a Brisk 30 minutes. or 1.75ytl per person each way. Taxis want 12YTL. The advantage of Ovacik is that it is halfway to the other resorts,

Olu Deniz is a very lively resort, the main strip has lots of bars and restaurants and caters for all tastes.
I have been to this area many times, and am concerned that it is trying too hard to cater for the Brits and is losing its identity. There are many Karoke bars, blasting out music, football bars, big screens etc. I am not old and by no means boring, but I do go to Turkey for a change of scenery and to experience a bit of Turkish culture which sadly seems to be disappearing.
The resort is expensive and not much difference to prices in the UK. A meal for 3 adults was costing about £65+ with minimal alchol.
The beach is pebbles, and the lagoon is beautiful.

The resort is very clean, they wash the streets down in the morning, and there is no fag ends or chewing gum on the floor. Some people think Turkey is dirty but it is not it's quite the opposit. The choice of bars and places to eat ranges from Turkish to Italian, there's even a cool bar where you can find Elivis in full swing LOL.I wuold like to also recommend the Chill Out Bar they do a mean T-Bone steak. If you go to the end of the road that Alize is on (turn right)out of the hotel there is a bar calledRose's Bar it as cheap beer and food and it's good.
