The actual apartment itself was lovely. The maintenance staff were lovely. But I can't recommend for a relaxing holiday or enjoyable time by the pool...

reception & bar on top floor most 2 bedrooms on top floors, but bigger balconies lower down.

Beach was very clean and tidy.
Cheapest supermarket was Herdisa, 50p bottle of wine, 60p for a litre of lager.
There are a few places to eat, 6 euro eat as much as you like.
Water park in Park was awsome, worth a vist.
Once again a big thanks to Dave he made the holiday.

The resort is lovely we love Peurto Rico, the touts can be a bit much but we just say no thank you and walk on. there are two commercial centres one at the top and one at the bottom, the europer centre is at the top of the hill and is more family orientated and quieter. The commercial centre is at the bottom with your disco bars and night clubs and is alot louder. There a loads of restaurants to choose from serving great food and the prices are very reasonable. We have stayed at the top and the bottom and prefer the bottom. The beach is nice but if you like nice beaches walk to amadoras the beach there is gorgoeus and is only about a 20 minute stroll with great views over the sea.

the resort was very clean and there was plenty to do during the day and in the evenins plenty of trips to go on and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around the resort the best beach is mogan very clean and the water is crystal clear i would not go back because the flight is to long

puerto rico is really nice, its the hottest part of the island, every photo you take is like a post card the view is great,you need to see it to belive it.

Didnt find any part of the resort unclean at all, the resort has everything to offer for all ages bar clubs pubs restaurants, amusements merry go rounds you name it it has it.Well were not much of a beach family we went for the day and it was fantastic water was reallt clear and the beach very clean a little hot on the sand so wear flips flops.

The resort was clean in some parts and dirty in others. The entertainment is varied. You can have family entertainment or go clubbing until 3.30am !!!
Being a family we found the noise is a bit too much [Earplugs a must]. Food in the resort really good, try the local potatoes in 'mojo' sauce its really nice.
The Beach was clean but compact. No problem getting sunbeds which were only two euro's. We would make a return
visit perhaps staying in the marina area were there may be
less noise at night.

Very hilly resort and commercial centre a bit like Blackpool. It took a good 15min walk to the beach and more like 25 mins to get back to your apartment after a boiling day on the beach.Taxi's very cheap but you could wait ages for a taxi to turn up in the day,loads of taxi around in the night. The worse part of the holiday was constantly being asked to go into every bar and resturant we passed some would follow down the road still telling you their bar / resturant was the place to eat or drink in. We didnt find timeshare reps a problem, plenty around but they wasnt pushy . Two nice crazy golf places.Enjoyed all the trips we went on camels,Siox City and Millenium flash back night.Brilliant water park in Porto Rico right on our doorstep (5 min walk) kids really loved it, went twice. Wouldnt go back to Porto Rico though,there's nicer places to visit !

Not cleanest place I've ever been to, but the steps from hotel down to centre are a disgrace, covered in vomit, broken bottles, empty cans and half eaten food in their containers thrown everywhere, never seen it being cleaned once.
Also half way down there is a family of wild cats that are being fed by one of the local families, empty cat food tins everywhere, dont stroke the cats they will go for you.
By the way when asked about the cats our charming rep Brian informed us they where there to keep rats down. Lovely place

Puerto-rico is outstanding resort and is the best place i have ever been the night life is just somthing else and the waiters and waitresses are so very kind and welcoming i will definetley be returning!

Go to the drag show it was fantastic.
Mephisto restaurant was well prices and the food was excellent.
Don't book up for the waterpark in maspalomas. There is a waterpark in Puerto Rico which is on a much smaller scale and there are no queues.
Go on a dolphin and whale search - well worth it but no place for those who get sea sick.
