Near the Andorra are a group of bars. Check out The Soul Bar. Also The Restaurant Margarita -really good food. Great music especially by Mikey Mike who works in both places.

Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.
All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views

fab staff fab bbq we had great laugh well done laguna park 2
What can I say, if you're up for partying & getting sloshed, then this is the right place to be. After going three times last year, I still will be going back later on this year but this time with a friend & not on my own. Great fun, the 'Bus Stop' is a great place to go especially for Julies cooked brekkie, missing them, & the hospitality from the staff, Scott, Emma, Janet, Daz, Andy & Kieran all know how to get the party started, great bunch, miss them heaps, looking forward to seeing them later on in the year. For another good night out, there's the "reps show - A Night at the Oscars" great laugh NOT to be missed, especially the "MEN IN BLACK"!!!!
For a good beach, its worth the half hour walk up to Los Cristianos, but beware the sand gets VERY hot, so running into/out of the sea is a nightmare. Worth taking a trip to "Loro Parc" as its really enjoyable & also great fun for the kids. A day out on the "MAXI-CAT" also NOT to be missed.

quieter than los Americanos, but elegant and clean. Take the little train round the resort to get your bearings. Visit the great Bahia del Duque just to nose. Amazing place.
This resort has plenty for everyong, discos for the young, plenty of nice restaurants and lots of places to walk to. Would definately go back to the resort.
Costa Adeje is very clean with plenty of bars and restaurants and shops. The beaches are HORRIBLE with black sand, but I knew this before I went, so wasn't shocked.
We found this resort very good.
We went to the Aberdeen Steakhouse on our first night for dinner and were so pleased with it we returned every night for dinner. The food was excellent and very good value.
We are not ones for the beach therefore we only ever walked along by the beach. I would definitely go back to this resort but only during the period October to April.

Couldn't fault the cleanliness or facilities in the beach but be warned we had our beach bag stolen whilst paddling in the sea a few yards away. Didn't feel safe going out at night being a single mum with a young teenage daughter so didn't try the entertainment. By the response of the boys next door who returned at 4.30 am most mornings singing perhaps the clubs are good!!
nice area, not rowdy, good walks along the prom takes you into the restaurants and bars
If you want life then visit Playa de las Americas. Some areas are a bit grubby but it is absolutely buzzing. My husband and I are 50plus but we still managed to enjoy ourselves(always ended the night in Murphys Bar next to the Wigan Pier- a great laugh).
We spent most evenings in the Torviscas area(only about a 20 minute walk or 5mins taxi) as it tended to be a little quieter. The Railway Inn in Playa is great for food if you like English- the menu is limited but try their steak pie.Loads of TVs so great for football or any sport.
Aberdeen Steak Houses are not great for steak but if you want a really good meal then try Marios in Torviscas.
I have stayed in Playa,Torviscas and Los Cristianos and I preferred Torviscas.
The beach in Playa is black sand but there are golden sands in Torviscas and Los Cristianos. Watch the blokes selling the melon they will really sting you.
You will be driven mad by people trying to give you scratchcards for discounts in the shopping malls, as we did not see one time share tout I can only assume that this is a new way of getting you. Also if someone asks if you are English ignore them because in my opinion they are selling something. On the last day there were woment trying to give out roses(not the Chinese girls who come round the bars),they got quite aggressive and tried to force me to take the rose. You have to be quite rude to them to get them to leave you alone.
And lastly THE LOOKEE BOYS - how funny are they, We sat in a bar for a couple of hours and 4 of them came in at intervals of 5 minutes. They called my husband Del Boy and tried to sell him dodgy watches and sun glasses. If you can get them cheap they are not too bad and to be honest they will take any price.
