Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Marmaris town centre was only a 5 min dolmus ride from our hotel and once there you were surrounded by bars,cafes and restaurants. The beach is reasonable but we went to the beach at Icmeler which is 10 mins away and this was beautiful.The Thursday market in Marmaris is good fun if you like haggling and you get some great copied gear.

This was a nice place for eating out, and all the bars and restaurants are so eager to please, we never had a bad meal. The red rose, sams bar, new york bar, amadeause and the british bar were all so good and reasonably priced and allways made to feel welcome.

We found the resort to be excellent with some fantastic places to eat and drink, from cheap £2 brekkies, to pints of beer 2 for 5 Lira (£2) allday and night. A mention to Dominos, a fantastic all you can eat BBQ/Turkish Night free for kids under 8, dances and games all night, then a ticket for a free breakfast to use when you want all for £7 per adult. If you have kids a game of Crazy Golf passes a couple of hours, the place run by Charlie Chan.

Marmaris itself was great although shopping was not enjoyable due to the hassle from shopkeepers we were unable to just browse.
People in Turkey were very friendly and we would certainly visit again although not at the same hotel.

Only went to Marmaris beach once....very busy and lots of hassle from the boat trip boys. More suited to lively teens.
Armutlan (where Club Alpina is) is a lovely wee area devoid of the Marmaris drinkers and club-goers. Quiet but plenty of bars/restaurants.

Ifound marmaris a very clean place to visit freindly and lively especialy for familys i have been two years in a row and connot dispute it is great. You may get a little hassel but jusy say NO HASSEL and they will leave you alone. AGREAT PLACE TO VISIT.

marmaris is a very friendly place to holiday. the beach was spotless,and there were plenty of sunbeds, many for free. shopping and eating out was very cheap.we are planning to visit turkey next year.

The resort in itself was clean. Didn't visit the beach. The surrounding restaurants and bars were always busy and the staff very friendly when asking you to visit. The nation of Turkery in general were the nicest people we've ever come across.

Loved Marmaris, people so friendly, lots to do and you must try the water taxi. Night times are very busy with lots of bars and restaurants. Didn't find the hassle to bad. For a bargain or two you must go to the markets and the Bazaar. Loved it...
