reception & bar on top floor most 2 bedrooms on top floors, but bigger balconies lower down.

Puerto Rico was an OK resort, not the nicest I've ever been to. It was convenient in that it had good links to Amadores beach which was lovely as well as bus links to everywhere else on the island.
Eating out was sometimes tricky as the restaurants on the front were just cafes and the main bulk of the restaurants in the shopping centre were a bit intimidating at times, with people trying to hassle you into their restaurants.
The nicest restaurant we found was the "La Bolera", which had live music and was in a nice setting (just round the back from McDonalds, near the park).
The beach was nice and there was all the facilities that were required. Not a fan of the steps though!

Peurto Rico is very good for young couples like us on our first holiday as everything is within walking distance and it feels safe at night.
In the centre commercial be prepared to be hastled by every restaurant owner. We found the best restaurant was not in the centre but by the mini golf called La Bolera, very nice more classy than in the centre but about the same price.
We went in September at the end of the season so it wasnt busy at night about right. The beach is nice but only went once as far better is Amadoras, around the coast. You can walk this but in the heat we only did this once, especially when we found the taxis so cheap!
Bus was ok but close your eyes if you dont like heights.

Resort cleanliness very clean and tidy. Resort entertainment spot on loved peurto rico just not peurto plata would definately stay somewhere different next time. Beach gorgeous.

Puerto Rico was a idyllic cove set away in the hills that is very suited to couples looking for a relaxing time away.

was a really nice place to go, it has a bit of both, either a quiet holiday or a party holiday. first time to this part, we usually go to greece, and to be honest if greece had full flushing toilets it would be a complete holiday package. i would go back to gran canaria but it doesn't have the same atmosphere as greece.

first went to puerto rico in 2005 me the wife and 3 kids really enjoyed it, been going back ever since what a great place cant fault it, was going to try some where else this year but cant forse myself kids just luv it,nice and clean good beaches and plenty of pubs what more do u want,why change a good thing cant wait to setember 07.

Amadores beach is beautiful with new shower facilities, Peurto Rico town has plenty of eating places.
Easy to get taxi's and very cheap. I will visit the resort again.

This resort has every thing but does get very buisy the uropa centre is great for entertainment, shopping and eating out this is 2min walk from the Babalu appartments.
The beach does get very buisy walk on the front to amadores beach this is lovely and quite although the sand is gritty not great for walking in bare feet.
We are booked to go back 2008.

Liked resort look forward to staying nearer the beach or Marina next time.
