All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views
Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.

My top tip is to get the bus from the airport as it stops at the top of the road by Magna Building save on transfers

Los Cristianos and Las Americas were brilliant. Plenty to do and the water park is a must as the dolphin show was unmissable we had a really great time and it only cost 7 euros to get there in a taxi from the hotel.
We want to visit this hotel and resort again next year and are already checking availability.

Fanabe is a great place for families, there is a great beach,plenty of restaurants and bars and some great hotels. We noticed the whole area looked quite new and clean.
The only thing that did annoy us a little was that we were plagued by african women who wanted to put a small platt in our daughter's hair every single time we walked past them (They seemed to be there from the crack of dawn to after midnight!)
We frequented a bar call the 'British Bar' which showed every football game you could imagine plus Eastenders and Coronation Street for the girls. We managed to See Liverpool v Everton in the Semi of the European Cup (what an atmosphere!). Being a fit kind of lad, I went for a run on a couple of occasions and ended up running about 3 miles on the front away from Las Americas along what looked like a newly built promenade with stunning views over the sea.
We did venture in a taxi into downtown Americas and found it a little too commercialised and a little more dirty to our liking but nevertheless we had a good meal on the Front and ended up doing bingo and Karaoke in the Star Bar before hopping into a taxi to get back to the hotel.
A very nice place altogether especially Fanabe which also had a lovely shopping centre with a great shoe shop!

We found the resort brilliant and would definately return to Tenerife as we all loved it.
The only problem we found is as your walking along the beach you tend to get badly hassled by people trying to get you into there resturants and not taking no for an answer.
The beach was fine there were plenty of beaches to walk to.

Playa Fanabe is an excellent resort with something for everyone. Many shops, bars and restaurants to choose from - something to suit everyone. Kept clean and tidy.
Never experienced any problems apart from the 'looky looky' men selling bags and jewellery. Just be firm and say no then they leave you alone.

The resort around where we stayed was extremely clean and well looked after. It has definatley inmproved over the last few years.
There are pubs, restraunts and bars to cater for all tastes.
We will definatley be back!

Theres only one word to describe the resort that is fantastic freindly people and the 44 street, the food is fantastic really good resort.

Playa de las americas very clean nothing noticeble quite lively full of pesky timeshare you will learn to hate in about 2 days of getting there.
The beach is clean and have already booked are next holiday october 06 woohooo!!

i have been comming to tenerife since 1989 as that is when my dad moved out there i have been as a single woman and now as a family love the place and have got hubby hooked as well. dont stay with dad as he lives in los abrigos nothing to do there. recomend to any body single or family holidays are great.

The whole resort was fairly clean and I noticed the cleaners spent a good hour cleaning the pool area. The bar men would come out often to collect empty glasses and packaging.

The resort was lovely and busy and had that holiday atmosphere a wide range of entertainment from Chubby Brown to Ronan Keating have noticed no touts around. I must have been lucky the beach was fab am going again in August.
