Near the Andorra are a group of bars. Check out The Soul Bar. Also The Restaurant Margarita -really good food. Great music especially by Mikey Mike who works in both places.

The hotel has non stop entertainment. There is always something available to keep you entertained. Every room is in good location.

All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views
Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.

My top tip is to get the bus from the airport as it stops at the top of the road by Magna Building save on transfers

Beaches

We booked this 'last minute'. The streets were dirty & although a lot of this was due to fruits dropping from the trees, there was also quite a bit of dog poo, litter & glass bottles. Where were the guys at night with the high pressure hoses?
Being an 'older?' couple we weren't interested in all the football bars, discos & 'drink till you drop' bars but did find a good Irish Bar - Christy O'Connells - with great live group. The Drop Inn, across from the Palm Beach is also good. Lovely staff & different entertainment each night.
Beaches - although I understand the reason for the large rock booms, you have no view over the sea and I found that the banana boats coming into these little 'bays' left you choking with petrol fumes and the water was murky. Only went to the beach once - prefered the pool.
I would go to the resort again, but would probably stay further towards Fanabe.

i have been going to tenerife for 12 years and have stayed in a few hotels around the san eugino area and have found that the best area for families is the bars and resturants under laguna beach 1 especially chaplins and snopys bar the staff are all really friendly to everyone and will do almost anything for you there is a large ray of shops, bars, resturants. this area is easily accesable to most people close to all the ammenaties wait around 5-6 small supermarkets right on your doorstep and these hotels are a stonethrows away from the supermarket and shopping complex, 5 minutes from a doctor and hospital and lots of chemists in the area this area is also right near the aqua park and 5 minutes down hill to the marina, beaches and more shops on the beach front i would strongly recomend this area to anybody wether your a young couple, oap, family, of on an 18-30's holiday you will all have fun.

The resort of Costa Adeje is quieter than its neighbour Playa De Las Americas, though it is a more relaxed area. There are numberous bars etc just a short walk away. Dont just go to the main beach area, just to the left of the hotel approx 10 mins away is the Centro Commercial area of Playa Fanabe which has the normal british bars etc to catch up on the soaps, and is right on the beach with numberous restaurants/bars including Burger King and McDonalds.

Excellent resort has even improved from last time we were there. Beautiful walks. Plenty bars and restaurants. Loads of trips to go and see the whole island.
