if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Street and bizzare are always lovely and clean,lovely resturants along the harbourside,shops stay open til late and if you dont mind bartering theres plenty of bargains to.

Marmaris is quite a clean resort but everything is the same, once you go to one shop you have been to them all! The locals really do try their luck - they will say a really high price for something first and hope you pay it, when really they will accept something much less.
The beach is crap to say the least but you can go to other beaches like in icmeler and these are much nicer. The entertainment in the resort is average..if you go along long beach its the same every night so once you have seen it thats it, but its good to have a laugh.
We seen a caboret show in one restaurant which was good and had break dancers etc and a drag queen act Bella Beserk and this was good..so if you look you can find good things to watch and most of them are free entry. Nightlife is okay but they are a bit behind on music!
Bar street is so expensive and full of locals but Long beach has some good clubs and is much cheaper. Day trips are good - quad safari is brilliant, as is jeep safari and dalyan boat trip to mud baths/turtle beach. You can get these really cheap and its a great day out.
Atlantis water park is good to go to, although small compared to many others we have been to. Would not go back again though to marmaris as its all the same, so been there done that now. But would go to another part of turkey to try that.
Its quite expensive nowadays.

This was our first vist to Turkey and we had a great time. Marmaris was a lovely clean place with beautiful scenery.A busy resort with plenty to see and do and we recieved excellent service everywhere we went. Drinks were much the same as at home but meals were much cheaper and of a very high standard. Shopping its all here great prices and haggling is all part of the fun.We would definately go back to Marmaris.

All locals friendly but as with most resorts try to sell to you constantly.
Beach gritty but sea lovely and clear. Streets clean and nice to walk around.

we stayed in marmaris the resort was ok if you could put up with all the bartering and businesses begging for your custom and if you didnt give it to them some of them were insulting,even when you spent money they wanted you to spend more. didnt enjoy it as i thought i would

I had been to Marmaris 10 yeras ago, and there is a big difference in the resort now. I do not know if we will be back.
The only thing about the resort, if you wanted to put something into a rubbish bin, they were no where to be seen. We had bought an ice cream and we ended taking the paper back to hotel to bin, as I said there was no rubbish bins anywhere. There should be some about the resort if they want to keep it tidy, which it was.

Right first of all nothing to do with the hotel but on arrival to Dalaman Airport we were not met by our transfers, so we ended up paying an extra £50 to get to marmaris so it was not the best start to the holiday, but on arrival to the hotel it looked great.
Marmaris will always struggle to have a nice beach unless the government put some money in to it

Plenty to do and see. Shopping a plenty. The beach was grey gravel, not up to much, but all in all a nice place. Thursday market was brill, and right on the hotel doorstep.

The resort itself was very lively, plenty to do. Miles of bars and nighclubs and restaurants.
Beach was clean but a very small area of beach as it was man made , its set in a type of harbour, no peace again, always loud music. Great for the youngsters, noisy and lots of jet skis` etc.
I wouldn`t come back. We have been to other places in Turkey and this was the worst.

Marmaris is a very lively resort.The only thing that bugged me was the constant hassling when walking past bars ,restaurants and shops.
