if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

The loveliest people ran the bar opposite, Starbux, great with kids and not just interested in you for your money. Gave you an insight into their lives and culture talking to them. When we went to the supermarket opposite for some milk for our little he had rn out. He hopped on his scooter and nipped into town to get some for us leaving us in his shop with the till open. Lovely people who would do all they could to help you. This was our fisrt trip to turkey and we defnately go again. People were so kind and freindly. Would also recommend a trip to the aqua dream water park on the hill. it has a seperate area for toddlers and small children. go on tranfer day as it is quieter. A lovely holiday.

We had a fantastic time in Marmaris.
It was the first time for me and we have booked to go again in September.
The locals were very friendly indeed. The only thing that put us off were too much pestering to come into bars and restaurant.

I couldnt beleive there was no litter lying about the streets and no graffitti what a great resort and so much to chose from, shops, restuarants etc. We went to marmaris beech for the day and it was fine, plenty of sunbeds and it was clean.

Maramaris is a great resort with some nice restaurants and great pubs/clubs. (check out Talk of the Town/Cheers on the beach front for a great night!)

Marmaris is our main choice when it comes to Turkey. having visited many parts of this beautiful country we find Marmaris has that extra edge.

Marmaris is a bit of a culture shock f you havent been to turkey before, if you want fake designer gear this is the place, most places hassle you so much you feel like giving up, and can be quite intimidating, again the friendliness of the people seems to hide there desire to get hold of your money. My son got pulled into one of the shops in the Bazaar, and my daughter was stared at so much it made her very uuconfortable. The market on Thursdays is a great place for bargains and the best way to buy is in english pounds.

This was our fourth time in Marmaris.It did appear to be very quiet,but this could be due to parents not being able to take their chidren out of school during term time.We had bought two canned drinks and were walking round the dock area and we could not find a litter bin.One of the restaurant touts told us that the bins were removed under terrorist protection measures and he took the empty cans from us.Would that happen in the UK?

I am biased as I love Marmaris. However this was the first time I have visited with a small toddler. He was too young to join the kids clubs so had to find bars/restaurants with swings to keep him occupied. Can recommed Cousins Bar on the beachfront. Also the Magic House had a kids mini disco each night from 9-10 which he loved. The beach isnt all that good, but he was too young to care. The resort itself is very clean and everyone is friendly.

When in Marmaris it is worth taking the time to spend some time in Icmeler recommend the water taxi to get there about 30 mins and great fun.

Armutalan is a quite part of Marmaris, it is the second time we have visited it,enough bars and restaurants to enjoy.
Marmaris is buzzing day and night in the day there's plenty of shops to visit for jewellery, leather,alsorts and bars, at night theres Bar street for the young at heart.
Beaches are shingly not the best but the sea is nice and clear.
