Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Marmaris itself is a brilliant place!!
The streets are spotlessly clean and the people are really warma nd friendly!! There are lots of bars and restaurants some with promotional offers like B>O>G>O>F on cocktails and drinks or Kids eat free, so shop about!!
The shopping is great so prepare to bargain!!
The beach is ok although it is not sand but a fine shingle which didn't put my kids off.

marmaris has changed for the best over the past 10 years in terms of cleanliness.entertainment for everybody from old to young never a dull moment to be had.beach is long but small (man made beach).i have been to marmaris for 10 years so that says something for the place.

Marmaris is lovely watch the boat trips many are rip off they say all inclusive but not so true we tried two the first King Sezar only got drinks while boat was moving and they charged us 5 lira for one lolly.(but the photographer was excellent great photos) The Mega Diana is by far the best you are served at your bed and entertainment is very good. Its cleaner and more friendly.

All bars and restaurants very good and clean all staff are very friendly. Especially talk of the town the show there was fantastic and we really enjoyed it! The tickets were £17 but worth every penny! Even has entertainment outside too on roof of bar which was brill! Would recommend it to anyone! The only downside was the beach that wasnt a sandy one but sea was very warm even at 5o'clock in the morning. Foam party was good in a bar on the front next door to salt and pepper. Will definately be going back to marmaris next year but for 2weeks too much to do in 1week.

Armutulan has everything you need if you do not want to venture further. Although the Villa Palma is in a quiet location within a few minutes walk you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, places to book trips. There is a terrific bakery a few minutes away which sells delicious fresh baked bread and rolls. The Mosque is very nearby but you get used to this. Opposite the Mosque is a really good hairdresser shop which myself and 2 granddaughters used. There is a little shop that sells basics just over the road and a phone box at the side door of Villa Palma. Dolmus stops right at the door and you can be at beachfront or Marina within 10 mins. We preferred staying in Armutulan as opposed to being right in the midst of things!

Amutalan is just on the outskirts of Marmaris and is not so busy, busy, busy.
there's plenty to walk to eg bars shops etc but without as much pressure put up on you as in Marmaris town. Marmaris town is easily reachable by the blue and white taxi buses which run very frequently.
the resort is nestled amongst the mountains and so is surrouned by beautiful scenery. it also had a light breeze blowing which was lovely.
you must visit Amadeus Bar and the food and staff are excellent. Hassan and Aubergine will look after you there.
my son had to visit the doctor whilst there and the care and attention he received were very good.
keep an eye out for the Flying Boys performing regularly at different bars. they are agroup of 6 breakdances. their average age must only be around 12 or 13. they they'd turn up on pushbikes, perform and then hop back on their bikes to go home again.
you MUST go on a jeep safari....it was a fantastic day out. but be prepared to get wet and dusty.
if you want the beach you can get the bus into Marmaris or travel to marmaris and then get on the taxi boat to Icmiller. they have lots of banana boats, ringoes, jet skis etc there.
be prepred to haggle at the shops and markets and you will bag yourself lots of bargains....leave extra space in your suitcase going.

We loved Marmaris there was so much to do, it was great! If you are old or young it offers something for you. Watersports, clubs, nice little restaurants along the harbour and excellent restaurants in the resort for family entertainment. We enjoyed our evenings at the Amadeus restaurant in armutalan and Keyif bar near the harbour.

Having never visited Turkey before we wasn't sure what to expect.
The resort was very clean and we soon found our feet and had an amazing holiday. We never visited the beech as we don't like the sand but we did have some great trips out and about, use the local bus it's only 50p and you can get around quite easy.Trips are quite cheap if you book them locally.
The resort on the whole is much quieter than the husstle of Marmaris Centre but we didn't mind as the local entertainment kept us ammused. The night life in Marmaris is only a taxi away and isn't expensive for the fare back to appartments. We would visit this resort again
