if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

marmaris is a great resort full of fun and sun for all ages. the restuaraunts are plentiful and the food is wonderfull you can even get mcdonalds and kfc if you wish. The enertainment is fantastic from shows like Talk of the Town, to dance bars, fun pubs and karaoke.
water sports available boat trips, bus tours,jeep safaris. You name it it is there. The beach is okay but not really sandy more fine pebbles but the sea is great. The Bazaar is great and so are the loads of shops all around and there is almost no hassle from shopkeepers or the restuarants any more. we have been to marmaris a couple of times and will definitely be back again.

The maids were lovely and friendly, though the linen needed changing more often.They did a great job and I did not envy them in the heat. The entertainment was a bit boring the second week as you d seen it all the first week,the Turkish nights were good, about £10 for adults £5 kids. Danny s fire eating act was superb and he was a lovely bloke. Did not go to Marmaris beach, it was a long way and heard nothing good about it, we took a taxi to Icelemer (10 YTL) which is a beautiful clean beach, or did excursions to Dalyan beach where the turtles are. We also booked a boat cruise to Turunc, these beaches are clean and great for the kids. I would not visit Marmaris again, it was a bit too lively for us, also you cant take 2 steps with out being hassled to buy something or eat somewhere.

we were based in the quieter area of Marmaris which was fine by me, as the centre is very busy, we didnt go to the beach so i cant comment on it, but we were down at the marina and it was lovely

Marmaris itself was not for us! Constant hassle from shops, bars etc night and day becomes very tiring! However you can see why some people may love it. It could be described as Blackpool in the sun.
Found some nice places to eat cant remember the names, none that would be recommendable! Turkish bath was excellent for your skin best done at the start of the holiday. Try not to book through Scotravel etc as its far easier/cheaper walking in of the street when you feel like it!
Done Atlantis water park (down at the beach)again we were better doing this independantly as you can go when it suits you, never heard anything great about the other waterparks so assume they are all much the same,clean and ok for the day!
The beach was a major disappointment most of it is only 2 loungers wide (very narrow)it was also fine gravel/ shingle very little sand!
Took a dolmus (mini bus) to Icmeler what a surprice it was more relaxed some lovely places to eat the Cavalier was really nice you'll find it by the palm tree that lights up (good landmark)!It also had a fab beach apparently 9th best beach in the world, blue flag! If we were travelling back to Turkey we would definately stay in Icmeler! Sorry Marmaris!

The resort was very nice plenty of enternment for children to do.
beach not too good though they hassle you to go on free
sunbeds which are not cause they rip youi off when you buy there drinks off them.

This is our 3rd time to Marmaris and it gets better every time we go.
Loads of places to eat and drink all made us feel welcome. Rainbow bar was the best. Adam and eve was the worst in the area.
If you go into Marmaris town its lovely to walk around habour. Shops are good to look around. At night there is some shows for you to go and watch. Marmaris is the best place we have been.

marmaris is a lovely area with plenty of shops bars restaurants something for every ones taste most shops that you go into offer you some kind of refreshment and there isnt any hassle to purchase any thing. when you go into the centre on a night, the bars shops and restaurants are all buzzling and it is worth walking along the beach front where there is always entertainment in the many bars there in all we found it to be for every age group and will be going again

Marmaris town centre is a little full on for me so I was glad to be staying in the quieter part.
Only negative I would say about resort was the amount of hassle you get walking down the street from all restaurants, shops and stalls. As a single mum I found it very daunting at first but after a couple of nights I found my feet and realised I can't stop and listen to the 'deal' at every restaurant! Just smile and keep walking.
If you have kids try the mini golf park behind September, 7.5 lira a 18 hole round + 3 lira slush puppy + happy kids = happy mum!!!

Great value trips - White water rafting on River Dalaman is brilliant for only £25.
