if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

I stayed in Marmaris, as i have done for years.
At the moment they are trying to improve the beach area and walk way , but the atmosphere seems to have changed.
There seems to be a lot of police walking about, and they are clamping down on the noise, music etc. Somehow it has lost some of its character.

I didn't think the beach was upto much, but we tended to stay round the pool anyway. The beach front is excellent - lots of choice. Vagabundo do a good deal for a fishbowl - but avoid the Beach Club who ripped us off for one!
Bar Street is pretty good, 15-20 mins walk away. Was free to get in the clubs which was good. Taj Mahal/Mandarin restaurants were very good! would recommend. We went on 2 trips - turkish bath and sunseekers cruise, both were good. We booked through Thomas Cook, but it's cheaper not to. TIP it's also cheaper to pay for trips/air con in pounds rather than lira. Overall, I loved Marmaris, i didn't want to leave!!

We love Marmaris!!!!!
This resort has got cleaner and cleaner over the 10 years I have been coming here. The entertainment is great, and some shows are hilarious and not to be missed. You can have a lively night, or a quite night which ever you choose.
I have no problem with the beach being shingley in parts I like the fact the beach doesn't stretch for miles, if you want glorious sandy beaches, I suggest Icmeler or other parts of Turkey.

my holiday this year was in Marmaris, This was my 5th time to this resort. I feel Marmaris is a clean resort and the majority of the turkish people are really nice. I would say that all the waiters are very well mannered and you couldnt ask them to do any more for you. they like to have a laugh with you and most of them ae very chatty. The entertainment in Marmaris is fantastic for all different age groups and I would advise anyone who has not visited Marmaris before that they ought to go. I personally dont like any beach myself as I dont like sand but I have visited Marmaris beach and I would say it is a large beach with lots of sun lounges If you prefer the beach than the pool side i would advise you try to get to th beach early as they can become chocker especially at peak seasons. I would efinetly visit Mamaris again and for all those people that say Turkey is a dirty place I have to disagree with you as I feel it is one of the cleanist places I have ever been.

we have been to marmaris before & we had a great time again
went on jeep safari & had turkish bath booked it with edy his shop is near beach jeep safari was great so much fun turkish bath so relaxing set you up for a grest tan
cant wait to go back next year

I've visited this resort around 4 times, and each time I think it's a wonderful place to stay. There's some good restaurants and bars around, such as Cousins, The Picadilly and Smileys. The food is well priced and there's lots of it!
There's a lot of boat trips that run around the turquoise bay, generall they cost from £10 - £13 which includes your drinks, lunch and pick up/return to your hotel. We always travel on the "mega diana" is a lovely boat, not to packed and the staff are very friendly. Guaranteed to have a good day on their boat.

marmaris has something 2 offer everyone whether your looking for quiet or a mad holiday id recommend the place 2 anyone,yes spain is ok but the amount the turks do for you is amazing they are all great and so helpfull 2 everyone

it was amazing !! I also recommend that you eat at primes the resturant on the sea front and visit the ibrox bar if you are single .

I have nothing but praise for this resort, myself and my family were made to feel extremly welcome, the staff do a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained, Tom the head of entertainment is exceptionally funny and his quizzes are great fun for everyone to participate in.The hotel is exceptionally clean and I enjyed myself so much here that I cme back to visit for a second time in August this year. I would definitly recommend this hotel as all the staff there are amazing and make it a fantastic holiday.
