if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

turkish people put you offgoing all they interested in is your money. they hassle you constantly to go in to their restuarants and when you refuse they are rude.

loved turkey so much to do.Jeep safari a must.Quad safari a must.Lazy day boat with chute for kids great.If your are booking trips dont go through hotel rep go to shaggy beside paddys bar across the road.

marmaris itself is a clean and tidy place to have a holiday there is a bar down from where we stopped who greeted you with a smile an made you feel very welcome and the food was excellent and good quality for the money the beach was clean and had a good patrol of policemen day and night.

marmaris is a massive sprawl or all the same.same bars offering the same food at the same prices.same shops selling the same fakes, it is totally geared up for the travelling brit,waterparks ,jeep safaris boat trips etc they have got hassling people off to a fine art,they never give up,food hassle drink hassle trip hassle haircut hassle shop hassle are getting the picture?.they are there own worst enemy as for me i will be going back to ibiza just as cheap and yes no hassle.....

before my visit to turkey i had mixed feelings about it but now that i have been i did not want to come home!it was lovely.

Armutalan is just outside Marmaris town centre. Lots of shops,restaurants,bars. Only a short dolomus ride to Marmaris.
Didn't like being hasseled by the turkish staff from the bars always trying to get you into their bars and restaurants and while you are in there eating your meals they are constantly trying to get you to return for your next meal offering you deals. They constantly harrass young children especially the girls.
The resort itself was very clean even the public toilets.
On our 2nd week we found a lovely family run restaurant and fun pub behind our appartments this was called Amphora. The people here are great.

we were very impressed with marmaris and its smaller neihbour ishmeller would definately go to these resorts again plenty to do for everybody and night life is fantastic

THe resort of Marmaris is great something for everyone the beach is stoney.I would return to Marmaris again.

If you book through travel agents don’t let them persuade you to book trips through them, if you go out of the hotel turn left to the end of the road & cross over there is Shaggys Place where Ali will give you good price for trips or a bit further down on the right you will see Terrys Place where James (007) will also give good trip prices, if you are not happy he will let you kick his skinny arse...
As for the Turkish people don’t get offended by there friendliness we have never shook so many hands, & they all want you to go in there shop or restaurant just tell them you may come back later.
If you are vegetarian don't go to Cousins some friends we met ordered a veg pizza, it came out with meat on it so they took it away & brought out 2 more but just replaced the meat with mushrooms. 1 big recommendation is the place opposite Cousins called 'APEX' good food good atmosphere, great staff.There are plenty of supermarkets Tansas which is a dolomus ride away on the No 3 1 Lira bout 40p, or a 10 min walk to Migros out the apartments turn right and straight on, passing the water park.
If you book to go on the Turkish baths make sure you go on the 1st 2 days of your stay, it's well worth it. The kids will love it too. £8 per person & kids went free under 12yrs.
Make sure you go to either Icemeler or Marmaris markets just for the puns like 'Asda Price' & 'cheaper than Primark' or best 1 of all ' cheaper than shoplifting'
Going back next year it was that enjoyable..
