if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Marmaris beach is small and sand is gritty - not very good at all.
Nightlife - it has it all, Bacchus bar was an excllent night, great food and great entertainment.

Marmaris is a bustling place but you got something for everyone. You can have a quiet night and excellent food at the marina or go to the front and be dancing till dawn. Its up to you what you want. Hundreds of bars and good restraunts and is a shopping paradise. You could spent 3 days in the bazarr on the front. Hire a car and go futher afield and you will find lots of lovely beaches and scenic places not to far away. Kum kussi and Holland beach were my favorite.

we stayed at marmaris,turkey.
what a wonderfull place,the food was so cheap(£1.50 for an full english breakfast,£6 for a five course meal)and every restaurant we ate at,the meals were lovely.
most places had entertainment which was very good,they aim to please.
our tip would be that the big hotels let you in free and you can use there facilities as long as you buy drinks and they don't hound you,we went the portabello which had slides for the kids and great food and entertainment at the big fingers bar in the night.
the shopping was fab,we got loads of stuff and really enjoyed haggling.you should haggle with the taxis aswell.
there are two good water parks,the boat trips are good but the lazy day is boring.don't buy off the trip reps dotted around,buy direct from the boats at the harbour and the waterpark.
it was too hot to sunbathe,you could only lay in the sun 10 minutes and then had to jump in the pool.

The resort itself was quite a dirty place I suppose and I was quite surprised at that.
The entertainment wasn't too hard to find either, seen as they are bugging you to go and see their entertainment.
The beach wasn't much either if I'm honest.
Although, looking at the resort as a whole from the top of the Aquapark the place looked beautiful.
I would go here again.

stayed just outside marmaris at icmeler quiet, the setting was fantastic the view of the bay was great especially when you went in the glass lift. you couldn't walk in to marmaris but the buses or taxis were fine. went on a day trip out in a boat at sea it was really good.we also went round the market but did not like it because they try and make you buy anything having said that, that's part of being in tukey.

The resort of marmaris is massive! The beach front restaurants and bars are quite cheap but bar street is very expensive! I didnt like the beach much the sand was stony! But its a clean place. Always something goin on in bars entertainment wise.

Marmaris is nice but as all resorts each restraunt and bar want to to eat in their place so you get a bit of hassel but they are not persistant if you politly say NO. This is a shoppers paridise as there are no copyright laws. The waterparks are excellent but can be expensive. I would visit the resort again but maybe not when it is so hot.

stayed in the armutalan area of marmaris it was very clean, plenty of places to eat and drink so you dont need to go in to the main town of marmaris there is enough to keep you busy for the two weeks are were there. most places had entertainment on in the evening and they all have free pool tables and free internet. beach was quite away from where we was staying and was told beaches not very nice in marmaris so didnt bother going. over all lovely place and will be visiting again.

Marmaris is the best place in turkey, bar street is very lively and you will become addicted to it, if you are between 16-30 you will love it, the beaches are small but nice and the turkish people can be friendly, but if you are blonde or have big boobs (or female)watch out!haha
