if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Do not go you will regret it we tried to change hotel as soon as we arrived couldn't do it.

Marmaris is fantastic. To begin with you may feel a little overpowered by people trying to get you inside there bars and shops but dont they are amazing people, freindly kind and absolutely love the children. There hospitality is like i have never experienced and if you are polite and tell them maybe later they are fine. The bazaar is where you can get lots of bargains up at the harbour, and the restaurants along the old town harbour front are brillinat.
Meals are very cheaply priced a family meal for 4 will cost about 80 lira which at our time was about 25.00. There is a lovely mexican restaurant.
A boat trip is a must, and there are many to chose from but some are reasonable to get on and cram them full and also charge the earth for drinks which you will need. The amadeus boat almost at the end of the harbour by the old town and bar street, costs £10.00 per adult £5.00 for children with unlimited drinks and also a meal on board which is home cooked and fantastic. Captain ahmet is amazing happy freindly and will take you more or less where you ask him to go. We went on this trip three times as it was such good value and the children adored him, they were driving the boat and everything. Diving off rocks swimming and snorkelling at beaches and little coves a very worthwhile day out. And only with the amadeus.
Marmaris and turkey is excellent we did not get to see or do half of what we could too much but very traditional turkish holiday no chip shops everywhere like spain which is brilliant. Please dont change turkey.

although i wasnt really clean it was still to a good standard and other bars and resturants and shops were good too.

Great area not to close to the centre so there is no trouble with noise or drunks great steaks in the Great Corner pub.

Had a fantastic time in marmaris. Entertainment is very good and they love kids. would reccomend having a drink in the Tropicana bar they are all up for a laugh and were excellent with my children especially safi, ozzy and zoro. We went on a boat trip to see the caves etc great day out and very cheap. Can't wait to go back next year.

having been to mamaris 6 times i think i like it!!
marmaris is like going to a lake side resort with huge pine clad mountains surrounding it...truely breathe taking scenery. a must is of course the lazy days boat cruise - all day out on the crystal clear sea, sunbathing, swimming and the wonderful views...best advice is take the booze cruise...free drinks all day and usually less than a tenner with the kids going free, even if don't drink it saves a fortune on the fizz drinks and water. another must is the jeep safari...don't forget your water pistol !!

Resort is nice and clean.
We travelled with a teenage boy and there wasn`t much for him to do in the resort on an evening.
As our pool was so good, we never went to the beach so I couldn`t really comment on the beach.
Would definatley visit Marmaris again.

marmaris is fantastic the nightlife is brilliant and theres trips to suit everyone, the boat trips are brilliant and quad biking is ace i would recommend that to anyone unless you dont like getting dirty! the beach isnt that nice its small and its not sand its more like stones but that doesnt bother me cause i dont really like beaches anyways but it is easy enough to get a bus to ichmeler and the beach there is ment to be alot nicer, i would definetly go back to marmaris

The resort was clean but the pavements are a bit dodgy so watch your feet!
There are loads of places to eat and drink and be entertained! We visited Elvis's bar round the corner from hotel, the staff were fab but the food was rank. Sorry guys! I actually spoke to the chef myself to explain that there is more to Lasagne than mince & Pasta! (there was no sauce at all!)
The beach is tiny so take a boat trip if you can, Turtle beach is beautiful, but do take some travel pills as I was sick several times on the way back! Yuk!
If you can go for a turkish bath, do it! Its great, and the massage was even better!
We also got the activities cheaper by going to a tour operator instead of the rep, actually half the price she quoted.

We found Marmaris great as there is plenty to do - you can have a quiet night or a lively one if you prefer!
The beach is good but it can be loud as all the bars play their music to try to get you in there.
The locals were very friendly, but they can be overpowering so beware if you do not like people hassling you constantly!
I would definitely go back to Marmaris again in the near future as it was clean with lots to do for all ages
