if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

The resort is huge and caters for everyone you can walk the length of the resort but in the blistering heat its best to flag down a dolmush this is a tiny bus that takes all aroung the resort. Taxi's are expensive. A boat trip is a must you will have a great day out.

As we had two girls who used bar street be prepared for cocktails at nearly £6 a time, buses in to bar street are 50p but they stop at 1-30am, so its a taxi back after 1-30am.

Have holidayed in Turkey for the past 5 years. The last 3 in the same hotel. Entertainment in the resort is excellent as there is something for everyone. Whether its pulsing nightlife in bar street until early hours or live music or even karoke.
Turkish people are the most friendly you could come across and they genuinely remember us from the previous year.
While staying in Marmaris you have to book a boat trip, i recomend seeing Gino from the tour agency next to treeana on the beach front. Jeep safari is also not to be missed.

marmaris is lovely place to visit.nice beach which is clean.sun beds free at some parts of beach as long as you buy drinks from the bars which is fair enough.people are very friendly. shops excellent value for money.wide choice of food.entertainment down beach front.

It was a very nice resort, the cleanliness was good, you can find entertainment anywhere in this resort, and the waiters in most bars and restaurants are very lively, we just did not no how they kept going.
Sera beach was a great night out good food, great waiters and good entertainment, and so was the good old British pub, or the elvis bar known to holiday makers, an excellent night out, with a robbie williams look a like!!!
The beach was a little disapointing as we expected it to be a lovely white soft sand, but it is very stony, they do have free sun beds on most of the beach and waiters from the bars on the beach front make sure that you have always got a drink or food served to your table!
We also highly recomend the water park atlantis, a really good day out!

Marmaris is great, there is so much to do. It is clean and kept tidy. The beach is not great if you want a beach holiday or have kids that want to play on the sand as it is only narrow with lots of stones, if you look along the beach you can find softer sand but not the sand castle kind.
The prices in marmaris have risen this year, we mostly found that it was with the food where it was noticable.
Bargains are still to be had at the markets although some of the stall holders were unwilling to haggle.
I will be back in marmaris again next year because I love the place.

Things have changed over the last 12 months shops and clubs closed down,prices gone up a lot,but the value ypu get for your money is good.
If planning to eat out go to Charlies Place,its not the cheapest but the food and service is fantastic.

We would go to this area of Turkey again but maybe more Icmeler way on as this only a short River Taxi away and was quieter and we found prettier, or maybe back to Marmaris but nearer the old harbour way on which was beautiful.

Considering the amount of people and vehicles we found the resort to be clean. Their are countless bars to choose from with friendly and attentive waiters offering good service. We did find the prices had gone up since our last visit however, it'd still much cheaper than Spain and your made to feel very welcome unlike some parts of Spain.
Their is also great quality clothing to be found in both Icmelar and Marmaris, two good shops we would recommend are Apple located in the bazaar in Marmaris owned by a lovely guy called Yasser, easiest way to find the shop is by entering the bazaar opposite the statue of Arturk. Great clothes for example latest Diesal and D&G shirts and T shirts,latest designer jeans for women and men all at very good prices without the hastle.The Greenhouse in Icmelar also good for clothes and shoes again without any pressure, he also has a jewellery shop adjacent to the store with a great selection of good quality pieces all at good prices.
