Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Excellent place to visit, loads to do and great beaches.
People are very friendly and warm and lots of English bars everywhere.
Not suitable for those who want to explore the country as Marmaris is a predominaly English resort so not really true Turkey.
Personally we would not go back to Marmaris as we would have liked to see what the country is about rather than english pubs serving fried breakfast and big brother!

I love Marmaris and have been there before so I know what to expect. There is lots of entertainment, something to suit everyone. The beach isn't great but clean and well attended and of course I intend to visit Marmaris again.

We enjoyed the resort of Armutalan, it is approx 10 minutes on the dolmus into Marmaris. This was better for our family as we don't like it too lively. Armutalan has everything you need for a 2 week stay. There are plenty of retaurants and bars, even enough shops if you need. I have stayed here twice now so would probably not stay again, but only because i wil try another poart of Turkey next holiday. The beach at Marmaris is clean , but beware of people hassling you.

The only complaint I have about the resort is that the sun beds on the beach are advertised as free, however the beach is split into sections and each bar along the front has an area of beach with beds on..............if you sit on the beds, you are expected to buy food and drinks from the bar so please be very careful

Just a bit too much like a Turkish Blackpool for me, but the younger adults and kids loved it.

Very busy resort, but very clean in all restaurants etc we visited.
Had plenty to do for a family, eg, turkish nights, boat trips, diving, para scending and the list can go on. Just a tip. Except for the diving, try booking your trips with the tour operators in the town and not the rep as they are up to 50% cheaper than your tour rep.
Beach shingly, small, but good facilites. You get a sunbed free, but have to order drinks and food from the restaurant who give you the sun beds.
I wouldn't visit this resort again, mainly because we saw most of the resort but would maybe visit a different resort as we like to visit different locations.
