if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

The restaurants by beach have own sections of sun loungers. They are free so long as you get drinks food etc from the waiters, very handy when too lazy to get up and buy your own! Beach is shingle and got very hot underfoot. Needed sandels to walk into sea with but once in it was fab.
Nightlife is great, bars to suit all tastes with different music going on, the bar staff get involved and do everything to entertain you. Very happy with resort and definately planning to return.

We enjoyed our 1st ever visit to Marmaris (1st time to Turkey too) We were at the western end of Marmaris and only a short Dolmus (you have to travel on one of these!!) ride to Ichmeler of Marmaris centre.
Ichmelers market on Weds was great - got lots of bargains but do cpmpare prices as they vary (ie 4 or 6 tops for £10 and 3 or 4 pairs of sandals for £10)and prepare to haggle!!!
The beach at Marmaris is fine shingle so not ideal for sitting on though there are plenty of sunbeds.
We didnt really experience any resort entertainment as we stayed all inclusive so spent most of the time in our hotel complex. We would love to go back to Turkey and Marmaris in particular but would prefer to go Self Catering rather than all inclusive.

Well what can I say, Marmaris is Marmaris and it's what you want from it and what you make it, makes your holiday.
We had a brilliant time, we were based in the Maxwell Holiday Club, a 10 minute walk from the main area. Yes you get hassle, well it's not really that, these people have a short space of time to make a seasons money. It was really quite quiet when we were there, so you tended to get a little more attention than normal, the bars and resturants looked as if they were struggling, we got talking to a few of the guys in the bars and they said there was a clamp down on licences this year and over 100 bars had closed. The drink was very expensive, we pay less at home, but as we were self catering, we had a few before we went out, saving ourselves a little money. The only place I wouldn't visit again in Marmaris was the bazzar, we went one evening around 10 at night, it was very quiet, so the vendors were over zealous to say the least, it was quite a scary experience and I could feel myself panic, my friend who is a seasoned campaigner with regards to Marmaris shopping, said this was the last time she would go there.
We love sunshine and shopping, so Marmaris suited us perfectly.

It was very clean and people there were friendly the entertainment was excellent and the beach was very nice.

Always very clean,and plenty of pubs to go to. Beach as its man made is not the best plus its all next to the restauants.

The entertainment in Marmaris is brilliant, there are a number of bars, ranging from 60's and 70's music to quite sit down places and even a few british and irish bars.
Everywhere you go is spotlessly clean, we went self catering so we ate out every night.
The beach is man made and so rather small and cramped, also be warned that the sunbeds that are for your use are owned by the bars behind them so if you use a sunbed be prepared to buy a drink from them during the day.
I had such a good time I am looking to book to go again in September and I only came back two days ago.

The resort was very good their is always somthing to do weather it be relaxing in the sun or paraglyding quiet restaraunts or exellant night clubs.

WE loved Marmaris. Everybody was very friendly, there was always something to do especially lots of shopping which was great for us.
We visited the bizarre every day you can get lots of bargains. We didn't like the market but you can get a ferry taxi to Icmeler which was supposed to be better.
We actually didn't have enough time to do everything we wnted in 2 weeks, so we will definately be returning

Marmaris is a very friendly lively place and everyone is so kind and polite.The entertainment is second to none and it is a very clean place to stay. I will come back to marmaris again and would recommened it to everyone i know.
Superb place for a holiday and very reasonable prices.
