if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

The resort was very busy and although you were approached by every restuarant or shop every body seemed friendly enough. Our balcony overlooked the main road of Marmaris and was very busy the best part of the day. Road safety is sadly neglected here so beware when crossing the roads. We even saw a tourist get knocked down by a motorcyclist while we were there. We eat out every night and there is no shortage of places to eat. We found a lovely steak house on the sea front called Natalies the staff were smashing they did not pester you to go in and we liked that. It was not cheap but the food was delicious. We also enjoyed a curry at the Taj Mahal on the main road the chef is from Bradford!! Marmaris is a very busy resort with plenty of shops and not too far from the beach and local amenties.

It was the end of the season so didn't see resort at its peak....the streets were empty and it was difficult to judge where the good places to eat were as they were all empty. The beach is too shingly and not very clean...so spent time at the pool instead.

Marmaris was too "in your face" for us,and having had a day out in Icmeler we realised what we`d missed out on!!

The markets in Turkey were very good for value for money.
We only visited the beach about twice and didn' bother sunbathing on them because they was quite dirty.
The people in all the bars were really nice and welcoming and all the cafe's were very good and really cheap ( except a coffee cost more than a full English).

The Resort it very good and the people around town, very good to talk to. they helped me when i needed something. Sindy is very good to stay at because it is only 10 mins away from everything you need.

Marmaris is a brilliant resort the nightlife is good it can be as loud or as quite as you like. The beach is not very wide to compact but the boat trips are brilliant and very cheap.

I have been to Marmaris 17 times now and have always found it a very clean resort and the sea is lovely to swim in, if not a little cold at times lol.
I don't think there are many people that could have a holiday here without finding plenty of things to do. That said a lot of people expect it to be like an English resort.
The beach is not a beach as we know it here and is just a narrow strip of sandy shingle covered with lots of sunbeds but very clean.
I will be back for another three weeks in less than a fortnight and am already planning trips for next year as we love the place.

The resort of Marmaris was okay saying I had heard some reports about the cleaniness of the place but it is quite clean.
The people are really friendly especially if you have kids. The only thing I didnt like was they pester you a bit to go into there shops especially some jewellery shops and at the markets, but thats what you expect and by the second week you tend to know which will bother you and which wont.

Marmaris in itself is a great resort and I would return, however not in October! For any of you unaware, Marmaris as a resort closes down at the end of October! We didn't know this when we went and everything was closing down. We went in the last two weeks of October, and the day we left Marmaris, around half of the shops were closed down for the winter! I would avoid doing this again and would go earlier.
