if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Resort was clean. Very busy resort lots of hassle from shops and bars etc.
Not much entertainment for kids.
Beach was worst thing of the holiday, all the beach is covererd with sunbeds owned by the bars that line the front, you can use them for free if you have a drink/meal.
I liked marmaris and would visit again maybe.

The resort was very clean and the entertainment is great. The beach is also very nice and I would recomend going to Turkey to anyone.

We stayed in the Armulatan area of Marmaris some 2km from the beach but with the local buses every five minutes we were never that far from the beach. There is something for everyone in Marmaris and the place is so friendly i will would go back every year if the funds allow it,

On the subject of drinks, although the little local shops sold drinks cheaper (there are large variances in price so shop around). We found the local version of Asda/Tesco. It is called Tansas and is absolutely huge. Bottles of water cost 10p with litre bottles coke costing 50p. To get there catch the blue bus at the end of the road (No 2) it will cost 1 lira. Take this to the terminus (5 mins) and Tansas is right there. Right across the road is the Bizarre. Good for a browse/bargains but dont make eye contact as the hassle you get is unbelievable.
Did the Ephesus/Pamukkale trip which I would highly recommend as well as the all day boat trip and turkish baths but book these from the vendors as they are a lot cheaper.

Very expensive and very hot, cant move on the beach, take a taxi bus from icemiler good value for money and definitly try a turkish bath.

Marmaris is a very big resort you would have to go back a few times to see it.We went in July so it was very hot to do much during the day.It is very clean and the food there is nice.Lots of shops which i didnt get to because you are tortured by all the shopkeepers and bars and restaurant people.It does put you off we went to places that didnt hassle you my husband called it running the gauntlet everynight,it gets a bit frustrating saying no thank you 100 times a minute but it still wouldnt put me off.Someone is always trying to sell you something but the turkish people are lovely.would reccomend a place called Portovino to eat it is lovely.

The resort of Marmaris is buzzing day and night. There is entertainment for all ages. The best place to go for families is on the beach front. We went to a Bar called Baran's which I highly recommend, there were 2 waiters especially called Marcos and Jamal who were brilliant, they did not stop from the time they started work until the time they finished. They were really friendly. If you want something a bit more livlier then Bar Street is the place to go. It does not start getting going until about midnight. We found that Back Street bar was by far the best nightclub with dancers on the podiums who were amazing to watch (men dressed as women!)
The beach in Marmaris is quite nice. It's not quite shingle but a very rough sand and there are a few stones along the beachfront as you go into the water but nothing to worry about.
The only drawback with Turkey is the amount of hassle you get from the men. You cannot even walk down the road without trying to be tempted into their restaurant/shop/bar, if you dont mind this then Marmaris is definitely the place to go.

Would like to go back as the Turkish are usually very nice and good for a laugth,but not in that hotel. Even if I won an AI stay.

We think marmaris has everything you could ask for on a holiday,thats why we have been 4 times before and will carry on going there,from the old town with the castle to the newer parts of marmaris

The resort had something for everyone which is all you should have to say about any good resort.
