if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

We had hoped that the relentless hassling would have calmed down over the years (We last visted Marmaris in 2000) Sadly,not... they still do not realise that they actually put people off by this constant hassle. Even when they claim 'no hassle' they obviously haven't quite got to grips with the word 'NO'. Still, my husband was very pleased...I would have spent much more money if I had been left to browse leisurely and ask for help when needed!!!

Marmaris is really bustling. We were a bit let down by the beach, but on our last day we found a nice one.
Some really nice restuarants to eat in. Try Al Fresco. The food is great and the staff friendly.
Clothes are really cheap here so leave room in your cases!
Tropicana on the beach front has the nicest staff in Marmaris. Go for a drink whilst the kids play the PS2.
There are two waterparks in Marmaris. The one on the beachfront is more expensive than the one near Migros. Great resort.
Definitely will be back

Marmaris is a great place to visit, it has a very lively atmosphere, especially at night.
The people are very welcoming, friendly and extremely polite.
Plenty of shops, restuarants selling very good food & lots of bars offering entertainment.
Lots of trips available if you want to be a culture vulture!!

The harbour of Marmaris was nice.Lots of restaurants and bars.The boat trips are a must. Marmaris itself was quite scruffy and you do get hassled a lot to go in the restaurants.
The Apex restaurant at the left of the Hibiscus Gardens is a must to visit.The food is excellent and good value for money. Eddie the owner is very obliging and Omar is as entertaining to say the least!!!
Marmaris is a bit like blackpool, I would of hated to be their in the height of summer.

Typically Turkey! Vibrand and bustling! Has a life of its own!

Marmaris is a beautiful place to go, Elvis bar and Sarah's is a good cheap breakfast and meals. If you want a good night then go to the apollon on the beach front, you get a fantastic food there and also a cabaret show which is put on by english people this is a absolute must to go to.

We stayed in Marmaris, my first visit to which i was impressed with, I was amazed at how often people cleaned there shops, hotels etc!! Which obviously is a very good sign, some nice parts of the beach where manmade sand was imported in, some very shingly. Gorgeous Marina to which we walked to most days.

Great resort something for everyone. Turkish people are great and so friendly. The beach is quite narrow but better than I expected from the reports I read before travelling.
The food at marmaris is gorgeous and if you visit the harbour there are some lovely restaurants to choose from. Can't wait to visit again.

I loved the resort and I loved getting all the attention from all the men they really know how to treat a lady.
If you dont like being hassled by people to go and buy something or to go and dine in there restuarent then Turkey is not the place for you.
I would advise a woman not to go on her own.

This is a very nice resort to go to, the peole are very friendly and polite but again very pushy, however be firm but polite with them and they will accept you don't want to buy anything from them, if they do persist just say I'll see you tomorrow, they seem to accept that but as I say very friendly people.
The Dolmus are a very cheap way to get around you can get on and off where you like all they are an experience to ride in, the fare is 1 lira if there is a group of you take the right money as you wont get change.
It was my first trip to Turkey and speaking to other people who have been going for a few years now they say that the local traders etc are getting greedy but it still is a very cheap place to visit. Try it it's a must superb entertainment freindly people lovely place!!!
