if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Do not go you will regret it we tried to change hotel as soon as we arrived couldn't do it.

the resort had plenty to do , for all ages, try the beach front for more livlier nights or the harbour for a bit more refined. its out there if you want it and not if you dont

The resort has only 5 resturants and doesn't offer any veggie options only omlettes.
We went to one bar where a particular waiter called Kadir who runs a resturant/bar was very welcoming and loved dancing on the table and generally having a laugh.
The beach is quite dirty.

It was my first time in Marmaris I must say I was a bit apprehensive before going but there is no holding me back now. I love it.
We were staying in the Armutalan area and would stay there again. We went down bar street quite a few times with the kids and had a great time. My husband won the karaoke of the week in Captains bar. They make you very welcome there.
I think marmaris is very clean and is a fantastic resort especially as this was my first time in this country. I'm defnitly going back next year.
If you got commision for recomending this resort I should be giving a free holiday I love you all

Clean with nightly entertainment (we did not join in) The beach area owned by the complex is small and shingle but loads of extra activities available. We would not return but only because the next time in Turkey has to be somewhere different, maybe next time we'll find the place we want to return to year after year.

Marmaris is a fantastic resort and even though I just returned on 1st September I'm going back on 12th October, this will be the first time I have visited the same resort twice! The Turkish people are second to none and I think that's what made our holiday. Restaurants and bars were excellent and very reasonable and it is a shoppers paradise. I can't wait to back!! Will be booking for Summer 2005 as well, although not at the Lidya Hotel!

Everything around the area is very clean and anywhere you go there is entertainment.
I have been to Marmaris in Turkey 4 times in the same hotel and I go back every year and each time it just gets better.
I spent most of my time in the Aussie Bar which is part of the Kocer club the staff are brilliant including Alex, Erol, Spike and Johnny the DJ. I still keep in touch with alex and I can't wait to see them next year again.
I met lots of new friends Chantelle, Kirsty, Mandi, Rhys and Nicola who has also wrote about the Kocer club.

Marmaris is a lovely resort and was very clean. The beach front was very lively and plenty of night life. There was plenty of water sports avalable and there was plenty of places to eat and shop. We loved it, and have been 3 times.

Marmaris is a great resort with plenty of nightlife and restaurants and watersports on the beach. It is very clean and sure to visit again. Loved it.

Resort was absolutely fantastic, lots of restaurants, bars, clubs etc.
Just one warning - do not carry a bag if you go on the market, I had mine slashed and my purse and camera were stolen with all credit cards and cash. It could of been a really distrastrous holiday but we made the most of it and had a fabulous time!!!!!
