Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

The resort had a great night life, a few of my favourites were Mad Hatters and Cheers. I was out every night during my stay and met loads of people. It was class.
The shops are great value for money and we went back with bags more stuff.
I thought the beach was ok but I've seen better. I will be back!!!!

The hotel was kept very clean and was always at its best standards.
The entertainment always got the tourists dancing with joy and laughter. We didnt visit any beaches while we stayed at the hotel.
I would definatly go back to Club Excelsior and I no doubts in other people agreeing with me!

The beach is a lively place during the day and evening. Make sure you get out and about there is so much to see and do.
Shopping is really good if your looking for gold don't buy in England wait till you get out there the gold is half the price it is here. I bought a chain for £290 out there I had it valued back home and it's worth £600. Can't be bad can it... I must just add that I love Marmaris I have been there 9 or 10 times.

The resort in clean, I can’t remember seeing any litter. It’s very dusty though. There are lots of cats running around (they’re so skinny).
I must say though the beach was kind of gross. But I had a good swim in it and was able to rinse myself of with a hose on the beach.
There’s a small bar on the beach and it's good for sun lovers, you can rent a bed.
Turkey is very entertaining, it's for everyone (although I couldn’t find any rock bars there). There are karaoke’s, raves, tributes, jeep safaris, all day and overnight excursions to beautiful places, boat trips, massages, Turkish baths, great meals, shopping etc
The locals are very nice, but those who own shops are very slimy and are parcel to rip you off or absolutely torture you until you buy something.
I'd definitely go back to Mamaris.

The walkways are always being cleaned. Excellent entertainment, especially down the beach front. Fantastic down the front, especially The Cousins restaurant, they'll keep you entertained all day long.
I'm hoping to take my baby son out there in September.
Marmaris is highly recommended.

Marmaris is lovely, a real surprise to both me and my husband. We both expected it to be a little like Corfu, and were in love with the place after the first day. The scenery is fantastic and it is so green!! There are ample shops, bars, restaurants, although the constant pestering to go in can be a bit of a pain, you get used to saying no thank you before they even open their mouths after a while.
The Turkish people are so funny, they go out of their way to make sure you have a good time, they try to use english sayings when selling to you, and will change meals to suit.
we went on a Jeep Serfari (which is a day long water fight) highly recommended for the kids (and the adult kids alike) but please buy a big water gun before going. We also went to Turtle beach, the Kings tombs and the mud baths, an excellent day out, we only wish we had gone for a fortnight so we could sample the other tours as well (most tours are anything from £6 to £15 each including lunch and in some cases your drinks as well).
The markets are a real experience, go with English £10 notes, they love them, and you can get anything for a tenner.
I can highly recommend the Pronto Bar and restaurant on the beach front, just a little lower down from the water park, their meals are fantastic. Recommendations: potato skins, meat iron pan and T-bone steak. If there is anything you don't like in your meal, eg. I don't like mushrooms at all, just ask and they will cook without - great stuff.
I can't wait to go back next year for 2 weeks with the kids!!

The sayar apartment were situated a little way away from the action. It is not the cleanest of resorts but still a very nice place.
The entertainment in the resort lacked a bit of effort as there seemed nothing that appetizing to make me want to spend a night at the resorts poolside bar. And i heard from people who did stay and they said that it was not the best night of the holiday.
Also the beach, we never went there because the pool area was so nice we just stayed around there every day, (a very lazy week). So i will give that a 3 because i never tried the beach.

Marmaris beach is the worst beach that i have been to, there is no real sand it is imported black sand and pebbles. Entertainment in the town is all the same in almost every pub it is all transvestite acts. Would recommend a visit to the turtle karoke bar it was a cracking night out, also a visit to gingers bar and castles restuarant in the arma.tulan area of marmaris
