Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

I dont think the area marmaris should be given as the hotels
location as it is a long way away from the centre of marmaris. Beach is very good but again quite a walk. Quite a few pubs for people to have a good night out.

after visiting gumbet 12years ago we were astonished at the cleanliness of marmaris. the hotel being a dolmus ride away from the harbour let us view the entertainment of the bars and friendliness of the people along the way. all of which we found delightful. the beaches surpassed any we visited befor apart from caribean of course. definetly visit marmaris and the grand ideal again in fact hoping to do so late september this year.

Our resort of Marmaris is a great location to travel around there are plenty of places to go and see.
The entertainment is good for both adult and children.
The beaches are very clean and tidy and they can take alot of credit for that I have been to a few places and marmaris beats the lot.
All in all a great place to visit we are going back in September this year to the same place same apartments .

we didnt really go on the beach as it wasnt much of a beach so when we did want to be really lazy we would stay in the hotel and stay by the pool all day. the entertainment throughout marmaris was excellent, my daughter really enjoyed herself and would love to move to turkey when she is older.(she is 16).
we are deffinately coming back next year and going to stay in club turquoise so we can be with friends that we met this year(including staff entertainment and holiday makers)

The resort was really nice.
There are many places to eat just watch out for people trying to drag you into the restaurants, they can get pretty annoying at times. Just tell them you've already eaten. Sometimes they offer you deals and free meals!
The food and drinks are all really cheap and you get value for your money, however I think the boat trips are not that good. I wouldn't waste your money on them but if you really are looking for something to do how about trying a Turkish bath? They really are nice and calming, and get of all your dead skin. We had three in the two weeks we stayed there they was soo good.
The beach isn't the best beach I have been to, but I prefer to stay round the pool really but if you want a top holiday you will be mad to miss this place. It is the best I have ever been to and certainly will be going again soon with a load of mates.

Although not the best of beaches, Marmaris is the best resort it has everything from lots of shops, bars, resturants, Mcdonalds, Burgerking and big supermarkets.
It has a big harbour. A grand bizzare, 2 waterparks.
Marmaris is very clean and best of all the Turkish people are great and love the English.
I am going again this year, which will make it 5 years on the run.

Plenty going on in the resot best bar has to be the Daisy bar spent many an night there.
There is a big supermarket there they call the 'Tanzash' so if you are self catering it is great for groceries.
The bazzar it great but be prepeared to haggle, start at half the asking price and start to haggle. The market is also worth avisit for the best bargins. The waterpark there is great too and not badly priced neither.

This is one of my most favourite places in the world - what else can I say. The people are lovely and friendly and the entertainment is never ending.

Pleasant place to stay with plenty of night life but you will get a lot of hassle for hair cuts, watches, trips, food, and any other item the Turkish can sell you.
