if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

Marmaris is a great all round resort. You can have peace and quiet - if this is what you are looking for then I suggest you choose a hotel in Armutalan area but if you want parties, bars and entertainment on tap then the beachfront area is the place to stay.
Talk of the Town is a fantastic night show.
Don't book any trips through the reps, you'll easily find all excursions and trips much cheaper on little side streets, main road and beachfront.
I really recommend turtle beach and the 3 bay cruise.
I am going to visit cleopatras island this year, I kept saying I would visit on my previous 7 visits, but been so busy I've never actually made it.

Marmais is ok and there is lots going on but if you want a quiet time then dont go , the beach is quite long but only a short width but its ok.

Marmaris is a really good place to go on holiday the Turkish are so friendly to everyone & they can't do enough for you the entertainment is brilliant thats why we go back year after year.

Been to Marmaris six times and love it going back in May and Sept 07. Can't get enough of it try it for yourselves.

Marmaris is very clean the entertainment is varied for all walks of people the beaches are sand and shingle so they are not the best

We love Marmaris as there is something for everyone, but this was the first time we had stayed up in the Armutalan area. There is plenty to do and see up here though and Marmaris centre is not very far away.

The beach is fronted by lots of bars and restaurants. They have sunloungers on the beach in front of their properties and will serve you food and drinks during the day. We found prices, service and quality of food in the restaurant to be excellent. There is lots to do on an evening from the karaoke bars (Captains Bar was a lot of fun) to pub style places and nightclubs, fantastic restaurants and lots of them!!(Trianna springs to mind and you should go there and the Taj Mahal Indian restaurant!) and the shops are open until after 1am!!

Armatulan is a quieter area of Marmaris offering excellent resturants and shops the people are friendly and helpful.
The shop keepers less pushy than those in marmaris, but if your looking for nightclub style entertainment it is best to get the bus into Marmaris.
Buses run continually from 7am til 1am and taxis also operate although they are not as cheap. Armatulan is an excellent base for those with children and young teenagers.

stayed about 1.5km from resort centre Marmaris, not a problem as dolmibus stops anywhere in street! Loved marmaris people very friendly, loads of nightlife discos right along beach and also bar street near marina. Restuarants galore even mcdonalds.Beach plenty of sunbeds though sand bit gritty. Never be short of things to do eg. scuba diving, jeep safari, paragliding, jet ski, waterparks, turkish bath! prices cheap except alcohol. Loads of shops although very similar, haggle its worht it, would go back every year! So if you want to shop, eat out every night or party,party,party or just take in the sights Marmaris is for you wish i'd gone there years ago. Ps. weather fantastic love it.
